The Internet does not remain static and mundane. It has to have new offers and progressive updates otherwise the web users will get bored knowing there are no new things to look forward to in the World Wide Web. But the truth lies where steadfast at every clicking of the mouse. New things are always being cooked up in the internet realm, in fact, a new system of websites indexing has become a popular piece of conversation among those who are connected through the internet link and for those who are making great fortune through the endless sources of making money online like webmaster do. This new concept is called bid web directory.
This recent update in the indexing of websites has made internet surfing for leisure and information a lot easier and thus life in the web less tedious in general. The bidding web directory follows one simple rule and that is to list all the websites into categories and the related sub-categories for the sole purpose of making the website search basically easy and simple. Through this new concept, all the websites are linked comprehensively making the World Wide Web closer and broader. This is an ambitious deviation from the typical search engine system the internet has introduced first to enormous web users where the web pages are all displayed and presented according to keywords only. Although this old fashioned way has literally helped the web users with the information search, the bid directory idea will save the web users from delay. The web users will not be hassled with clicking a link and opening the website only to discover that the website does not complete all the needed information.
The categorization of the websites with the bidding directory will introduce the web users with the corresponding webpage description first so that he is aware of what the website offers in a nut shell. Being saved from this simple delay means surfing time at optimum speed and the information gathering is at the right pacing, significantly. Now that is what one will call web navigation at its finest. The web directory generally enhances the surfing time and the surfing quality as well. This optimum search facility, more over is readily accessible in the web directory.
In a time where the Internet has become ultimately accessible to everyone, parents are in great concern about the kind of websites are listed in the web directory knowing how some crap sites can influence their children. That situation is typical with the search engine system where the web sites are jammed up and are indexed just like that. And following the truth that this free, the entrance becomes easier all the more. The discretion as to what will be found in the web directory will just fall into the web users. But with new concept offered by the bid web directory, the websites must pay some rough amount to maintain their ranking in the web lists as a toll for the indexing and the chance to be connected with other featured links. This amount of bid ranking fee means that only the best of the best web sites are included in the directory and that simply means that crap sites and similar bogus links are discriminated away from the web users, our children in particular. After all, crap sites and bogus links webmasters will not pay some rough dough for the bid only to mislead the web users.
Moreover, those who are earning a fortune through the websites and information providers are also in favor of the new concept. The directory will normally display the top ten ranking websites which means these are the ten websites that will most likely receive frequent visits being recommended by the directory through the page rank. Web masters can participate in the arrangement of the web lists ranking. While the directory can start the bid with practically the lowest amount, the webmasters have the option as to how much are they willing to bid for the position. The number one rank goes to the highest bidder and follows the deductive hierarchy. Similar to the typical bidding rules, somebody can outbid your position and rob it away from you. But the good side of the web directory idea is that you can rebid once more and perhaps compensate and regain your post. http://dragonjambala.blogspot.com

Australian citizenship test goes into effect!
The new Australian citizenship test for permanent residents wishing to become Australian citizens commenced on 01 October 2007. Unlike the United Kingdom, migrants applying for permanent residence under schemes such as General Skilled Migration and the family streams are not required to take the test. The test, comprised of 20 multiple choice questions, is computer based and drawn from a resource booklet released by DIAC entitled 'Becoming and Australian Citizen'."We believe that it is important for new citizens to demonstrate that they have at least basic English and they understand the responsibilities and privileges of being an Australian citizen," said Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews."Australian citizenship provides for an overriding commitment to Australia, our laws, our values and our community. A citizenship test provides the means of ensuring that prospective citizens have such an understanding," he added.According to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC), 33 people sat the test on the first day in Queensland and Victoria. Reports state that most applicants found the test to be easier than they expected, and that one person failed."Everyone's passed except for one person who got a high percentage but failed on one of the values questions," said a DIAC spokesperson. Final pass and fail figures for the first day are expected to be available soon.74 more people are expected to sit the test the on 02 October 2007 at DIAC offices in Sydney, Adelaide and Perth."The pass mark for the test is 60 per cent, including answering correctly the three mandatory questions about the responsibilities and privileges of Australian citizenship," Andrews said."For those who have not passed the test, a print out of their results will give them information about their test results. This will help them to prepare to sit the test again. People can sit the test as many times as they need to in order to pass," he added. The citizenship test is only for applicants 18 to 59 years of age. People with mental or physical handicaps that keep them from understanding the nature of their application will also not be required to sit the test.Test sites will be located in all Australian capital cities and in major regional centers.

Car warranties are getting cheaper
UK car warranty prices have started to fall, though you could be forgiven if you had failed to notice. There have been some quiet changes taking place within the industry that could soon start to have a big impact for car owners.
Most of us will be relieved to hear that we could soon be paying less for car warranty. This is a product that many people consider to be over-priced.
Unfortunately, a lack of public awareness has often meant that many of us have been paying higher prices than we really should be doing.
A significant problem has been the way in which policies have been sold. This has been a sector that has been almost completely dominated by car dealerships, manufacturers, car supermarkets and other such retailers.
These retailers have had good access to car owners, allowing them to sell the products easily. Many of us, as consumers, have assumed that we can only buy car warranties from such car retailers.
This has had two large effects on the way in which policies are sold. The first has been that consumers have not been shopping around and comparing prices. This has largely been because of a lack of awareness of the alternatives available.
Following on from this is that car retailers, realising that consumers were not really shopping around, have been able to price policies at relatively high levels.
In recent months the situation has started to change.
Independent car warranty specialists have started to sell policies direct to car owners. This should lead to lower warranty prices and will also allow consumers to compare prices more easily.
This increased transparency has to be good news. It's important that we take advantage of the new situation.
If you need to buy an extended car warranty then compare prices online before making your purchase. You might save yourself a considerable amount of money.

Methods To Advertise Your Home Business
When you start a home based business, it is essential to gain an edge over other competitors offering same products or services in the market. In order to attract customers to your site you will have to promote your site through advertisements. If you do not advertise, you will end with nothing done.
Even though there are great range of products in the market, new products and service are conceptualized day by day. Even if the quality of the product or service you offer is the best, it will not gain attention from the customers if you do not advertise. Without advertisement, there will be no sales and no revenue.
This is the reason why the companies spend millions of dollars over advertisements. A product, which is not advertised, can easily get lost in the competitive market.
The small-scale business establishments, personal trades and home businesses are often under constraints of advertisement budgets. However, it need not always be so because, nowadays advertisements that are both inexpensive and expensive are available to your choice and needs. The basic idea is to get the attention of the public.
Nowadays there is a definite trend for digitalization. You can create a domain with an attractive dot.com and file your site to free web directories. This can add great value to the products and services you are offering.
One effective method for advertising home based business on the Internet is to try shared advertising. Here you need to find out people who are also in need for product exposure at least expenditure, and merge your advertisement along with their product. This method gives definite benefit as long as you differentiate your product well from the others.
Shared advertising can be less expensive. Here you can be convinced that any surfer to come to visit the other product or service will definitely have a look at the one which you offer.
This method of advertising is very common on the Internet as they appeal to the same target audience. The more advertisers you share with, greater the exposure of your product.
The Internet has become the best choice for people to conduct business. There are many cost-effective methods for advertising through the Internet. Effective advertising methods are essential for promoting a product on the Internet because here the customers cannot virtually see and feel the product.
Using banners with good designs can prove effective. Well-designed banners can attract more attention from the customers and provide credibility to the product. Advertisement through ezines and blogs can also attraction the attention of the customers to a great extent.
Whichever method you follow, it is essential to see that the advertisements are clear and impressive. It should state all the qualities of the product in a clear and crisp manner to attract the attention of the customers.

Discover How to Grow Your Business with Magnetic Advertising
The following ad was a very successful pay-per-click ad on Google in 2004 for a $500 training seminar.
"(Company name) Reps. Come see how I got 79 sign ups in 90 days without 'calling' anyone."
Here is what that ad really says: "I am an expert. I got 79 sign ups in 90 days. I can help you. This is EASY and FAST. I did it without calling anyone. You do not know how to do this. I can show you how and make your life easier. Let me ease your pain and help you sponsor more reps."
But here is the real kicker: these guys are charging $500-$1,000 to get access to this information, and people are just throwing money at them left and right. The only problem with their system is that it is NOT automated. It is a sales job, and takes too much time away from building their primary program.
You are probably struggling to get your prospects to hand over $100-$300 to get started in your business, yet these guys are making a fortune promoting a "how to" course that will show people how to build the floundering business you sold them in the first place!
Why? Because you are only providing a part of the solution the prospect is looking for when you are promoting your business with your current sales tools. You are leaving out the blue prints/system, so they are going somewhere else to buy that, and as you can see, people are willing to pay big bucks for it, VERY MAGNETIC!
Now we will look at the typical ad you see put out there by people who do not understand the psychology behind marketing yet. This is a real ad I pulled from Google: Breaking News (Company), Fastest Growing Team In (Company), Questions? Feel free to call me. www.(xxxxxxxx).com
What the ad really says: "Another company is launching. We have the best team. Call me."
What the average network marketer who reads that ad will think: "Another company is launching. Big deal I have already joined three start-ups in the past, and I am still broke. "Fastest growing team?" That is what we had last time. My team did not grow fast.
Call you with questions? Why so you can pitch me on your "big deal company." No, thanks, I already have one." Did it appeal in any way to the triggers people respond to? Nope! You have to think very carefully about the ads you write because you will get EXACTLY what you ask for!
Do you want to attract the bottom feeders looking for "quick and easy," or do you want to attract leaders who know there will be an investment of time, money, and effort involved.
These next few ads promote weakness and attract LAZY people. You will get a high response rate, but you are deceiving yourself.
"5x9 Matrix With Massive Spillover! Join Today for Only $20! We Do All the Selling For You!"
"New Company Launch! We Build One Leg for You! Grab Your Position Now!"
This next ad is SOOOOO BAD that I truly hope this person stumbles across my book. Use the "so what" rule and see what it reveals.
"MLM Business Opportunity, New Business with Great Products Dare to venture on a New Frontier."
And then there was: "Want a Marketing Miracle? Plug into Turnkey Global Marketing For Instant & Long-Lasting Success!
Instant and long-lasting? Right. This is the kind of junk you DO NOT want to advertise IF you want to attract real long-term leaders.
The next ad is a GOOD AD and variations of it have been used for two-three years now. The headline sorts people and grabs the type you want to hear from. Line two states a massive benefit/solves a problem.
The offer of the ad is a generic report. Lots of value. Provides the SOLUTION to a painful problem: Not enough reps.
"Attn: Hardworking Network Marketers. Add 20-30 People Per Week. 5 MLM Secrets Free Report."
People know if they are hardworkers or not, so only the people that know you have to work hard to be succcesful will contact you. The numbers in the ad are also very realistic and achievable. On top of that, the person realizes they will probably learn something beneficial from the free secrets and therefore they will be willing to contact you or go to your website.
It is my hope that, if you are not satisfied with your advertising results, you learned something very valuable about how to magnetically attract people to you through your advertising. Good Luck!

Apple iPods: The Master Media Player
IPods, the new brand of portable media players designed and marketed by Apple was launched in October 2001. Apple iPod classic models are capable of storing media on an internal hard drive which also act as external data storage devices.]
The iTunes software from Apple is capable of transfering music to the devices. As a jukebox application, a music library is stored on the user's computer by Apple iPod that can play, burn, and rip music from a CD. It is also capable of transferring photos, videos, games, and calendars to those iPod models that support them. Apple mainly focuses its development on the iPods unique user interface and its ease of use, more than on technical capability. Apple iPod tasted a record success in the music market by making a sale of 110 million units worldwide on September 2007 making it the best-selling digital audio player series in history.
IPod was a result of Apple's digital hub strategy. It was while creating a software for the digital devices like digital cameras, camcorders and organizers, the company found existing digital music players "big and clunky or small and useless" with user interfaces that were "unbelievably awful. Apple then decided to develop a media player that can substitute the existing music players bringing a new color and vigor into it. It took less than a year for Apple Inc. to develop such a product and it was unveiled on October 23, 2001. The caption put forward by Apple Inc. was "1000 songs in your pocket," which was accepted widely by the market.
It was Vinnie Chieco , freelance copywriter, who christened the gadget as iPod, who was called by Apple to figure out how to introduce the new player to the public. The first iPod kiosks were demonstrated to the public in New Jersey in March 1998, rest of which is a history.

The Facts About Part Time Work at Home Jobs
Trying to work full time on a day job and part time on a work-at-home job can be very exhausting. Because your body is weakened, both full-time and part-time jobs are suffering. It is a good thing that there is still a chance for you to work both full-time as well as part time jobs at the same time but only if you can follow some biological facts and set a few healthy boundaries.
You have to know and understand what your body needs. Your body needs at least eight hours of sleep each night. You have to do exercises from thirty minutes to a full one hour each day. You have to eat at least three very nutritious meals during the day. It is even better if you consume smaller snacks everyday. You have to make a plan about the necessary activities in order for your body to stay healthy. Once you get sick, you won't be able to finish your job in the morning during your full-time job. You can also work efficiently during your part-time work-at-home jobs if your body is well rested.
You should make scheduling your primary friend. You need to realistically schedule your work-at-home jobs. If you are already working on a project that would take several days to finish and then the client offers another one, you have to inform your client that you are still working on the previous task. You might not be able to submit the new tasks if you accept to work on them.
You might still be able to work on additional tasks eight hours on Saturday and another eight hours on Sunday. However, you need to spend more time to relax and enjoy your rest days.
It never is a good idea to do your part-time work-at-home job while you are working your full-time job at the office. You will never be able to finish anything if you try to juggle your full-time job and part-time job while working at the office.
Like an acrobat in a circus, trying to make a balance between your part-time job working at home and the full-time day job can be challenging. But if you keep yourself healthy and set the right boundaries, you should be able to do both jobs efficiently. Work-at-home jobs are very lucrative these days. Someday soon, you might find yourself leaving your full-time job for a part-time job working at home.

Improving Your Relationships Through Active Listening Skills
Communication problems are one of the biggest sources of relationship conflict and they can become so serious that complete relationship breakdown results. Often people don't listen attentively to one another. Active listening is not about agreeing with someone, it is simply about understanding what the other person is trying to say.
It is a structured approach to establishing true understanding in communication yet it can be conducted in a relaxed and informal way so that it flows naturally from the conversation itself. It involves listening, questioning and rephrasing to ensure that the message received is the same as the one intended to be given.
The most important aspect of communication lies not in the speaking, but surprisingly in the listening. This is because that all perception is subjective and every word that we hear is filtered through our personal beliefs and values. Consequently, we can place an emotional meaning on an exchange that is unintended by the speaker.
When we decide to listen actively to someone's words, we are choosing to be objective and distance ourselves from our own automatic responses. The way we hear someone, can have more to do with us than with the other person. Active listening, therefore, promotes both focused attention and objectivity.
Communication is a two-way process. However, whereas the speaker assumes that the listener is hearing what he intends to say, the listener has the power to clarify meaning and control the exchange. Unfortunately, people often are only half listening to a conversation and are distracted by other things. When they are listening carefully, they are biased in how they hear. No wonder, then, that interpersonal communication is a major problem area for people. We all have different ways of looking at the world and different experiences which can interfere with how we "read" another person and interpret what is being said.
Active listening is the process of focusing on what the speaker is saying and then saying it back in one's own words to ensure that accurate communication has occurred, i.e. "This is what I heard you say, is this correct?" Active listening encourages mutual understanding. A listener who is practicing active listening can also mirror back to the speaker the emotions that they think he or she is conveying by their words, attitude and body language.
For example, an active listener might say to a speaker "I get the sense that you felt humiliated when ..." This allows the speaker to either confirm or deny this or clarify their position further. By mirroring emotions as well as rephrasing the words, the listener can create a strong sense of rapport with the other person by demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to understand.
There are clear benefits to using active listening skills to enhance interpersonal communication and minimize conflict. Firstly, active listening requires that you actually pay close attention to what the other person is saying. You cannot half listen to someone and at the same time be thinking of something else and expect to understand the other person's intentions.
So by practicing active listening you choose to deliberately focus your attention on what someone is saying and how they are saying it. Secondly, active listening helps to avoid misunderstandings. The very practice of expressing back to someone what you believe they have said and even how you believe they are feeling about the topic can prevent misinterpretation. Finally, active listening encourages openness and trust because the genuine intention of the hearer is to actually understand the intention of the speaker.
Interpersonal conflict involves a great deal of miscommunication. Each party can contradict the other person's interpretation of words and events while being equally confident that they are right and the other person is at the least mistaken, and at the most a liar. It is no wonder that such attitudes trigger defensiveness in the other person causing them to either fight back or stop trying.
The way that we perceive other people and what they are attempting to communicate to us is central to the success of our relationships. Once we understand that as listeners we have a large part to play in the success of the communication process, we realize the power of active listening to improve our relationships and change our lives. When both parties to a conversation commit themselves to the process of active listening, conflicts can be resolved and relationships can be strengthened.
Active listening can be used for all forms of interpersonal communication. It can improve communication in the workplace and thus enhance your career. It can also be used to enhance personal relationships at all levels. You can learn active listening skills easily and improve them by practicing. The benefits of doing so will be enormous.

Misspelled Keywords: A Little Known Trick that Benifits Any Web Business
The Internet has revolutionized the way the world conducts business. The web has introduced new and untapped streams of revenue for capitalists across the board. A large portion of these entrepreneurs are missing out on a staggering number of potential customers.
Web based businesses usually don't make the most of what they have. They've invested time and money into building a site that could be lucrative, but they often overlook one crucial element in their web marketing. By ignoring this important detail, they may be missing out on as much as 12% or more of traffic to their site. And they may be surrendering coveted top positions on major search engines.
It is a technique that is so simple, so elementary that it receives very little attention. But it could make a huge difference in a company's bottom line. That little known trick is the inclusion of misspelled words in keyword lists.
It has already been proven that a comprehensive keyword list is an indispensable tool for the success of any website. Still many business people don't take into account that words can be easily misspelled. Whether it is due to ignorance or a case of the fingers typing faster than the brain can move, at one time or another, every person has made a typo. It is estimated that about 10 million searches are misspelled every day.
Taking advantage of these misspelled words is ideal for either PPC campaigns or organic SEO. It provides a significantly lower cost-per-click, is not nearly as competitive, yet just as targeted as the correct spelling.
In today's world, web entrepreneurs need every possible edge over the competition. It's a cutthroat world out there. With products such as Instant Keyword Research, businessmen and women are fortunate to have much of this legwork done for them. It includes a list that gives almost every possible combination of misspelled words for any search term, without requiring much more work than the push of a button. Some of these spelling errors are so common that they are searched for thousands of times each day. Others are not quite so obvious. But all of them can be useful.
There are web sites that focus more on the user experience and look up sites or listings guilty of the dreaded typo. Potential buyers can type in a search and this service will search through major sites, like eBay, to find any matches that are misspelled. For example, the word clothes will bring up any auctions in eBay that may match blothes, cloths, clothees, etc.
But the importance of misspelled words cannot be overstated. Businesses pay the price by losing out on customers. Buyers pay the price because they don't find what they need. However, with the wrong words on the right list, trouble can be clearly avoided.

Looking to buy a website for sale? FREE advice on starting a new online business
RUNNING AN ONLINE BUSINESS
So how easy is it to run an online business and make money from it?
Like any other business starting from scratch it takes motivation, ambition and the will to be successful. Nothing will happen overnight, if it was that easy everyone would be doing it.
If you are under the illusion that you can make a success overnight then setting up an online business is not for you.
If you have the drive to start out with nothing and make something of it then you’re the right person for the job.
Buying a website business is just a small investment compared to what you can achieve on the Internet. We have all heard of the stories of people setting up websites and within 2 years they sell it for millions, well these things do happen and will continue to happen, although not everyone can be that lucky but an average successful online business can be worth thousands in a couple of years, so with lots of hard work it’s a worth while investment. Most people don’t just stop at one business they buy others and keep expanding into different markets.
How much money can I make on the Internet?
How long is a piece of string? That question is hard to answer, I mean we all start of with nothing that’s a fact and what we end up making in two or three months time, can be so different and depending on what your selling or providing on the internet this makes a big difference to turnover. The only answer I can give to this question is, “What you put in to a business, you will get out of a business”, the harder you work at it, marketing, promoting & advertising the bigger the return, so if you just sit there and wait, who’s going to know you exist on the big world wide web.
Think about it this way, would you open a shop in a back street with no window display, no shop sign and no advertising, you may get the odd person accidental walking passed and looking in, just like the internet, but that’s not going to make you a living, you will be bust in no time.
The best thing about the Internet is the cost of setting up an online business is far cheaper than your high street shop; think of the expense there.
For a small investment you can get a big return, but you do have to remember there maybe some marketing cost.
How do I advertise & market my business?
There is really only three ways of doing this,
1. Investing lots of money in to advertising and marketing.
Means investing quite a lot of your savings in to advertising and marketing through paid adverts on popular sites, marketing using SEO’s search engine optimisation companies who will use clever tried and tested methods to get you up the google ranks as quick as possible. This method is the faster track to seeing a return for your money, but initially will hurt your pocket, but still 10 times cheaper than opening a shop on a high street, so worth thinking about.
2. On a small budget for advertising and marketing.
Doing the same as number 1 but on a smaller budget. Maybe not using the most popular sites to advertise on as they cost more, use the less popular sites but have more adverting space, a popular option on this budget is Google Adwords, paid sponsored advertising on the Google results page fixed to a daily budget.
3. Free advertising and marketing.
Paying absolutely nothing for advertising and marketing is possible. This method can work and is the most popular form of advertising and marketing on the Internet today, but how is it done? Well it takes a long time to have an affect and you need to keep up consistency. Unfortunately we cannot reveal what methods we recommend as this advice only comes with the purchase of one of our website businesses, we see this has some value, secrets and hints and tips way of doing things that are not difficult to implement and are effective. But we must say, slow it maybe, but it’s free and does work.
When we sell a business we are always there to help and give advice, we don’t just sell businesses we are website designers who specialise in designing and building website businesses online, so we know what’s hot and what’s not.
What type of business you want to run is up to you, we can set you up with a drop ship website selling Lingerie for only £395 or why not try one of our Triffiliate websites (Google, eBay, affiliate commissions) for only £99
What’s included with one of your website businesses
Unless otherwise stated, we normally include a FREE .co.uk domain name registered to you, 12 months professional business hosting paid for the first twelve months; this usually cost £39.90 per year to continue after twelve months.
Also you have full control over your website from a hosting control area where you can create and retrieve personalised to your website domain email, e.g. info@mysite.co.uk.
Some of our website businesses have their own website administration area, this is where you control stock uploads, editing/deleting products and other features of your site.
What other running costs are involved?
None unless you want to include advertising and marketing, but other than that £39.90 a year for hosting (first year included in the purchase price) and £12.00 to renew registration of your domain every two years.
Oh yes there is one other thing, electricity costs to run your computer!!!
Do I need to be a computer expert to run a business online?
If you are reading this then you know how to use a computer, you don’t need big qualifications or lots of knowledge, just basic knowledge to do this, just a good understanding of how the internet works and be able to use email services and use general software such as a photo package for manipulating image sizes from your cameras/internet pictures to your computer as most of the drop ship businesses involve uploading pictures of stock and filling in the descriptions and prices.
How do I get to the top of Google search results page?
This is a slow and very difficult thing to achieve, very few manage it, and most have been around on the Internet for a few years now so Google likes older more established sites especially when they are updated regularly.
Relevance of content is always something to remember, what you sell or do matters when Google’s robot is choosing who to show for a particular keyword, that brings me nicely to keywords, most of the time the keywords in your site are not the ones you put in the source code meta tags, it’s the actual source code itself, in the body code, Google reads these and considers the relevance of your site to the search keyword so getting your website text is important.
Choosing a good domain name is also important, but again we can only reveal so much to potential purchases of our businesses, all this information is worth a lot of money so its not just a business your buying its knowledge to.
Who are we ?
We are a professional website design company known as AGTC Business Websolutions Ltd and are Certified Corporate members of the British Web Design and Marketing Association. To qualify for this membership category our web site has been evaluated and the BWDMA have conducted an independent customer satisfaction survey of five clients. HTML Versus CSS
Hyper text mark up language versus cascading style sheets Ð the second one certainly sounds more graceful, but which one should you be using to help you create your website?
As web browsers have developed, HTML within websites has become more difficult to set apart from the code used by the browsers themselves. This is how CSS was born Ð as an answer to a problem caused by the advances in technology.
Basic HTML can be self taught fairly easily by anyone with a reasonable level of competence on a computer, but is CSS as easy to pick up?
If youÕre thinking you can discard HTML and start learning how to use CSS instead, youÕd be wrong. Think of it like this Ð you want to write a paragraph. HTML is the words, while CSS is the punctuation. In other words, it helps you format what is already there in order to make it easier to read, look at and organise.
As you would expect from a new type of computer language, CSS gives you more options and more advanced opportunities to design the layout of your site. While you can function perfectly adequately with HTML alone, youÕll find a greater selection of benefits comes with making the effort to learn CSS as well.
While you will need to expand your knowledge of tags and attributes if you elect to start exploring the world of CSS, the real benefit comes in using style sheets. These are linked to from whatever document you are working on in HTML format.
Once you become familiar with how cascading style sheets work, you will wonder how you ever got by without them. Essentially, they will polish up your website and make it far easier to make any required changes. Any new web based tools take time to get to know, but this is one you should definitely make time for

5 Important Rules in Website Design
When it comes to your website, extra attention should be paid
to every minute detail to make sure it performs optimally to
serve its purpose. Here are seven important rules of thumb to
observe to make sure your website performs well.
1) Do not use splash pages
Splash pages are the first pages you see when you arrive at a
website. They normally have a very beautiful image with words
like "welcome" or "click here to enter". In fact, they are just
that -- pretty vases with no real purpose. Do not let your
visitors have a reason to click on the "back" but
Top-Digital-Products.com! Give them
the value of your site up front without the splash page.
2) Do not use excessive banner advertisements
Even the least net savvy people have trained themselves to
ignore banner advertisements so you will be wasting valuable
website real estate. Instead, provide more valuable content
and weave relevant affiliate links into your content, and let
your visitors feel that they want to buy instead of being pushed
to buy.
3) Have a simple and clear navigation
You have to provide a simple and very straightforward navigation
menu so that even a young child will know how to use it. Stay away
from complicated Flash based menus or multi-tiered dropdown menus.
If your visitors don't know how to navigate, they will leave your
site.
4) Have a clear indication of where the user is
When visitors are deeply engrossed in browsing your site, you will
want to make sure they know which part of the site they are in at
that moment. That way, they will be able to browse relevant
information or navigate to any section of the site easily.
Don't confuse your visitors because confusion means "abandon ship"!
5) Avoid using audio on your site

14 Table Manners Every Child Should Know
After interviewing for an exciting employment opportunity, the young candidate was rejected, “When I asked for real feedback, the interviewer told me that although my job skills and education were a good fit, some of my table manners raised a red flag. The position entails many client dinners and I guess I had a few bad habits that they saw at meals during the interview process.” The candidate continued, “I would have loved to have been taught proper table manners by my parents. I feel at a real disadvantage, and I am quite frankly, embarrassed by my lack of manners.”
Sadly the situation the interviewee faced above is not uncommon. Competition is fierce for good jobs and seats in good universities. There are many more highly qualified applicants than positions. Polished table skills are a needed asset and social skill in this competitive culture.
Every parent wants to launch their children into the world with the skills they need to succeed. Equipping children with good table manners is an important lesson that all parents should want to give to their children. Using good table manners allows the focus to be placed on the conversation not on the act of eating. Having good table manners gives people the confidence to participate in any dining situation with ease.
Start introducing manners lessons slowly to very young children and add more refined lessons as the child matures. Consistency and repetition are very important when teaching children. Parents will have to reinforce the rules time and time again until good practices become habit. Remind children whenever a slip in manners occurs but don’t scold or nag.
Practicing good manners daily will eventually lead to mastery and manners will become second nature. As children develop fine motor skills, their use of utensils and glassware will improve. With constant repetition, by the early teen years, kids will have built up a comprehensive collection of manners which parents need only fine-tune for teens to be capable of attending the most formal of occasions.
For the well being of the children, even busy families should find the time to sit down together each evening for a meal. The most simple of meals, including take-out fare, are fine choices. Make sure that the food is transferred and/or served in serving dishes and that the family uses dinnerware. If dinner is impossible on certain evenings, families can sit down later in the evening for dessert; make sure to set the table and use dinnerware and utensils.
Teaching children the proper way to set the table is a perfect start for introducing the use of utensils, plates and glasses. Explain where each utensil is placed, what it is for, when it is used, and the correct way to hold it. Young children love being given a responsibility and will happily and proudly set the table each evening. Put placemats, napkins, silverware, plates, cups and bowls within reach of children to facilitate easy table setting. A good idea in homes with small children is to purchase nice quality melamine dishes so when plates drop they will not break.
Children do not learn proper table manners overnight. It takes years of repetition and consistent training to refine their skills. Parents have eighteen years to help shape their child’s table manners so there is plenty of time to patiently work with them. Expect lots of errors and missteps, use gentle guidance, never scold or embarrass, just kindly correct and continue eating.
If parents begin teaching manners when their children are toddlers, by the time the kids are in kindergarten they will have mastery of the basics.
The following is a list of table manners that your child should have a good grasp of by age six.
? Wash their hands and face before sitting down to the table.
? Sit down in their proper seat and put their napkin in their lap.
? Wait to begin eating until everyone is seated and has been served. Many families wait until an adult gives permission to start eating.
? Stay seated in their seats without wiggling in their chairs, going under the table, or getting up and down.
? Say, “Excuse Me,” and ask permission to leave the table.
? Elbows do not belong on the table.
? Mouths should stay closed while chewing and pieces should be bite sized.
? “May I please” and “Thank you” should be used when children would like food and never reach across the table.
? Participate in the conversation during dinner and no interruptions when other people are talking.
? Slurping, burping, squealing, singing, humming are all sounds that are not to be made at the table.
? It is never kind or polite to make negative comments about what is being served for dinner.
? Before getting up at the end of the meal say, “May I please be excused?”
? Ask if adults would like them to clear their dinner plate.
? Thank the cook.
Preparing children for adulthood starts the moment the baby is placed in the arms of the mother. Teaching children to use good table manners is a wonderful gift that will serve them well throughout their entire lives. Parents will be proud that their children are using the good manners that they have taught them, and more importantly children will be polished and refined and capable of being comfortable in any situation.

Making Money and Getting Your Community Site Noticed!
In having a social networking website, your goal should be to make money. There are ways to tune your social networking software to achieve financial success. Money could be generated by selling particular products, and providing premium services. But, in order that the users of your website buy your products, customer loyalty is very much needed. This grows with the users staying on your website for longer period of time, building up a social base by inviting others to join your social networking website. Every message sent by the user to another, generates a notification, which carries the name of your social networking website, and along with it your marketing messages get exposed.
Never-the-less, in order to make your social networking website earn money, you will need to advertise. Every advertisement cost money, and no matter what, it is the advertisement that will make individuals and organizations come on to your website, to explore what you offer. There is then the question of retaining them. To retain these users, your social network software should be able to provide the tools which are of interest to them. It may be in form of allowing blogging, sharing music files, posting of movie reviews, or pictures. In some of the existing social networks, the user's log-in information has been used to invite in their entire network of friends from other sites. It is the question of building up a crowd, and formation of groups and communities.
Customers are retained through the interest that your social networking website generates. User trust brings in faith, and word of the mouth travels, and your customer database keeps on growing. With such a huge customer base, you start to attract well known web business to advertise on your website, and that is big money. Not only that you get paid for the advertisement, in some cases you get to share the revenue generated from those advertisement. Your website cannot cater to all interests in the world, and therefore, before you venture into a social networking website, you need to make a survey and find out which group you want to cater for. For example, your primary strategy would be offering match-making services, or it just could be jobs that you would advertise. For match-making services, you would charge the users in utilizing this premium service, while you would charge the advertiser to advertise jobs on your website.
There are various ways that your social networking software can generate money for you. For such a revenue earner website, you would need to generate interest in the users, offering them free of cost services of their interest and try and retain them. As long as you can retain these users, social base will go on being created on your site, and users would tend to spend more time, socializing with their groups and communities.
A social networking software helps to connect people/and or organizations all over the world, for mutual or business interests. Such a network is comprised of nodes and ties, where the nodes are the users and the ties are the variety of relationships that they build up. Social networking websites comprise of large communities, and crosses every language barrier and border. These are huge network of social base and maps a large beneficial function from family units up to cities, countries, and professional organizations. This social networking works on the users building up their social contacts, inviting friends to join, exchanging information, and sharing parts of their lives.
If you have a social networking websites, your customer base must build up first. This is the base which creates faith and trust, and brings in customer loyalty, without which revenue generation is impossible. The social networking software that you have chosen must provide the right tools, which interest the users. Your website must stand out to the competition that exists on the web, and offer services and products of interest. Building up a large customer base would mean that other internet business sites would want to advertise on yours, and with revenue sharing, your social networking website can become a financial success.
To convey your marketing message over the net, you may need to advertise indirectly, which would draw curious individuals and organizations to your social networking website. You would need to retain these users, and as they create a social base on your site, they spend longer time socializing. The longer time they remain on your social network, your marketing messages get more and more noticed. Eventually, the users opt for your premium services, and opportunities arise for the sale of your products. You should be reliable and consistent in what you offer. You should look for fresh ideas from the feedback that you get from your users. There may be products in demand that yiu can provide but do not have it on your product list as yet. Adding such products is an additional money maker for you.
The primary aspect is the continued participation of the users on your site. The best site is where long term relationships are formed. The more time that the users remain on your social networking website, there are more opportunities for you to get noticed. As you get more and more noticed, your business flows in.

Squidoo Your Way to the Top of Search Engine Rankings
One social networking site that is quickly gaining popularity is Squidoo. Squidoo is the brainchild of Seth Godin. The idea behind this site is to give people what they want.
According to Seth, many people searching for information via the search engines are becoming frustrated because of the ongoing need to continually click on search result links only to find themselves having to research still further.
What Squidoo offers is a central location where people searching for specific information can find everything they want compiled under one specific 'lens'. The lens is based on the perspective of the 'lensmaster'.
The beauty of it is that within that specific lens you will find a lot of relevant information, compiled and collected in one central location. This in turn saves searchers time and frustration. Often times these 'happy' searchers will rank your lens, thus increasing its popularity and your exposure.
And therein lies one of the 'secrets' to generating traffic via Squidoo-getting your lens highly ranked. To do this, you need only ask visitors to rate you! If you get creative, there are a number of ways to increase the likelihood of this.
For example, if you have a mailing list (and you should) that is related to your lens, why not mail your readers and ask them to visit you lens and rate it? You can also post similar requests on your blog, in articles, signature files, etc.
What many people don't realize about Squidoo is that its linking preferences fly in the face of conventional SEO teachings.
Search engines like Google will reward you for one-way inbound links while they discourage the overuse of outbound links. Squidoo, on the other hand, wants you to include outbound links and rewards you to do so by giving you a higher ranking!
They reward outbound links because, if you recall, they want to give searchers what they want; a single location (a lens) where they can find relevant information, compiled and collected in an easy to review format.
Squidoo came to life in late 2005 and currently has over 80,000 lens created by Squidoo-ers. Of those 80,000, there are many terrific lenses. Only a small number of them, however, are marketed effectively.
By taking action on the information in this article, you can become one of the few Squidoo-ers out there who generates a very targeted and constant flow of traffic that converts well.

Exploiting Power through Spy Cameras!
Who does not want to be Big Brother? To become the all-seeing, controlling god of all? Well, maybe not "controlling god of everything" but being the all-seeing individual would be simply as commanding, don't you believe so? That may be one basis why there are several concerns with regards to utilizing hidden spy cameras, invasion of privacy being one of these. Power is always something that anyone abhors and, ironically, everybody likes. Spy cameras, while they are an advantage to a specific person, may be very destructive to the other. They can be a vital tool or something that would put you down.
There is this one circumstance involving a teacher who utilized a hidden camera disguised as a button to videotape naughty students in school. The students and their families have filed complaints against the mentioned teacher for "misusing her authority" and filming the students without their consent. Yes, it was illicit for the teacher to do it, but if we look at it the other direction, we could notice that what the teacher was practically doing was revealing these behavioral matters to the public so that they can be addressed appropriately. I am relatively sure that the Virginia Tech accident is still recent on everyone's minds. Such behavioral tendencies could have been detected beforehand and consequently prevented the tragedy from happening. If a concealed spy cam is what it takes to stop such tragic situations, then I would not mind teachers filming their students at school at all.
However, there are also a few who abuse the benefits of hidden video cameras. I would suppose everyone is aware of matters of outrageous demeanor caught on tape that are being utilized to blackmail an individual. Or those that blatantly invades someone's privacy as in placing concealed cameras in areas where surveillance is not important, like the bathroom or personal quarters for reasons of personal gratification or lascivious intent. Stalking utilizing spy video cameras is also another mode of abuse of this technology.
Still there is one thing that surprises me. A number of homeowners use nanny cameras to regulate their baby-sitters and house helpers while they are away. And these nannies aren't aware of the placement of the spy cam until they get caught performing some monkey business and dealt with about it. Still nobody seems to be complaining. If they get caught mistreating a child or doing something inappropriate, the issue of the nanny's right to privacy is never raised. It is because the owners possess the authority to do whatever they want to protect the family and the house helper did something incorrect.
Hence, when is the utilization of concealed surveillance cameras defensible and when is it not? Apparently, the thin red line dividing them is a lot thinner than we thought. When the individual utilizing the surveillance cam is in authority, its utilization is justified. Yet if choosing to use concealed spy cameras will make us more secured, then I am for it. Moreover, why would I be concerned about it when I am not doing anything that's against the rules or is morally incorrect? However, as long as they keep well behind the line, it would not be an issue.

The Most Effective Methods For Motivating Employees Are Low Cost!
Employees are an important stakeholder of any organization whether it is large or small. However, managers are often too busy with running the day to day operations of the company that little, if any, time is spent on a motivation strategy. This is unfortunate because a high performance work team is actually an easy goal to achieve.
Why should you read on? So you can increase the bottom line. If every employee made one minor change, as a result of increased motivation, then the result on the bottom line would be astronomical. Having a proper motivational strategy for employees will give any manager an exponential return on investment. And better yet, to achieve this, proper motivational tools are not expensive.
The most common mistake that managers make is to believe that all forms of motivation revolves around money. Whereas, the truth is that increase in pay and/or bonuses do not dramatically increase motivation. What actually happens is that the employee is being offered a bonus for a job they should be doing anyway rather than actually rewarding them to do more and/or better. As such, the employee might interpret this to mean that they are working for a bonus versus doing the best job that they can because they enjoy it. However, do not misinterpret this and think that little or no pay is required. The employee wages must be fair market in comparison to others in the industry otherwise motivation will actually decrease. An example would be a top level baseball player earning 6 million a year (which is about average). Increasing this players pay to 12 million a year would probably have little effect on their performance. Decreasing the salary to below the average earning would decrease performance because the player would not feel appreciated.
So what does work? Its Simple. Recognition. It is much better to give recognition to employees both privately and publicly. A leader should always praise his or her staff and be an integral part of their work life. Most employees only hear from management when something is wrong and this negative reinforcement is not conducive for high level work teams.
Studies have shown that little items such as sending a birthday card can increase work performance levels for months on end. E-Cards have the same effect and are easy to use plus have the added features such as date reminders and follow ups.
Recognition works because it gives positive reinforcement to the employees and when an individual feels appreciated they will work harder for more recognition. This simplicity escapes most employers/managers. People just want to be heard, recognized and appreciated.
Will using a simple greeting card really work? Yes. It will if done correctly. If you want this to work, then take the time to write a personal greeting. Sending a generic card to all staff members would most likely decrease morale as employees may find it offensive as it re-enforces the herd mentality. The message should be genuine and meaningful. Also, the message should be as close to the recognizable act as possible. This means that if someone on your team did a great job on a project; send a thank you card to them ASAP. Sending a card out 4 months after the project has been long forgotten would have little effect.
When is the best time to give out E-Cards? E-Cards should be given out on major holidays and for birthdays. Also, cards can be sent whenever an achievement is made large or small. The text of the card does not have to be complicated and overwritten. A few well chosen sentences will work extremely well.

The Data Recovery Software – Merits and Limitations*
Future is unforeseen and contingencies must be provided for. This holds true for every aspect of life. Be it an individual who uses computer for personal use having useful data or a large organization where a load of data is stored in the database, protection again the unexpected loss of data should be ensured. If your computer gives in to an accidental crash or just becomes affected by worms, viruses and Trojan, and you haven’t got a backup for your data, how are you going to make up for the loss? There are so many important files and folders containing critical data stored in your computer that you have complied painstakingly over a couple of years and all of a sudden the heaven will come crashing down on you as you find they are gone!!! Having Data Recovery Software helps!!!
How Does This Work?
When the data from your computer is deleted accidentally, it moves from the hard drive to some other area of your computer. The data recovery software is able to trace and retrieve such data from the locations. However, if the data is related to the some of the files which you were working on and could not save before your computer crashes, the data recovery software can not retrieve such data. Hence, the data recovery software is effective only if you have lost the previously saved files.
Merits
Data recovery software helps you retrieve your data from the hard drive successfully saving you from lots of remorse. From a big organization standpoint, loss of data could be extremely serious and the future of the organization could be at stake. Deployment of Data Recovery software, therefore, is only inevitable for any organization and individual that wishes to secure their data against accidental hazards.
Limitations
To begin with the process of data recovery is an expensive affair. You will need to go for the help of expert assistance who will work on your hard drive within a clean room in a dust-free environ. The data recovery specialists also use precise instrument and try to extract as much information as they can from your hard drive. Hence, it is a time-consuming process and cannot solve your purpose if you are in immediate need of the lost data.
The other aspect of data recover software is that it is usually very task specific and not equipped with the ability to retrieve data from all kinds of data loss. For instance, while some data recovery software is able to retrieve emails that you have lost in a computer crash, some are handy in find you back your passwords which were critical to financial and bank transactions. However, some comprehensive data recovery software can serve all your purposes although they cost high. Therefore, it is up to your specific needs as to what sort of security you are looking at.
Although, data recovery software is able to retrieve your lost data, but it is always wise to ensure proper and comprehensive back-up of your data as you might need them to be used for immediate purpose.

The Benefits of Buying on EBay*
EBay is a modern phenomenon that involves millions of people every day. People are joining at rate of thousands and even more amazing some seventy thousands people make great living from selling and buying goods. Join the trend at my home site
http://www.mywebcashstore.com/blagonic5721
EBay is the most popular auction site on the internet. It is also the largest of all auction sites. It is turning over around three million dollars a day, yet there are still people who are careful to buy on EBay.
It is good to be careful. However, let us look at the advantages:
The person who is selling stuff on EBay has often started his/her own business. They get products from wholesalers. Unlike the store where you usually buy things you want or need, this person does not have the same overheads, like rent, phone and electricity bills and employees wages. He can therefore afford to give you the product at the kind of discount you cannot get from the store. I personally have sold a product to someone, still giving myself a 100% profit. The buyer couldn’t believe the price he was paying for a brand new product. He thought it was a steal. I got my 100% profit; he got an excellent price he wouldn’t pay anywhere else, a win-win situation!

Most people who sell on EBay can only sell if they have a good feedback rating. So it is good to look at the seller’s ratings before you buy. You can see from comments others have made what the person is like and whether you can trust him or not. If the seller has even one negative feedback rating, don’t buy from him. This will add to your peace of mind.
http://www.mywebcashstore.com/blagonic5721
Most sellers also have return policies. Read everything on the listing’s website before you buy. Use the “Question” feature to ask questions if you are not sure. You can also tell from the way the seller answers what kind of a person he is.
Then there is Pay pal … a convenient way to pay. No need to give your credit card number to strangers. This alone should make it much easier for you to buy on EBay than anywhere else on the internet. And much safer. Sure, you will still get that jerk, but you have a chance to spot him before you buy from him.
As the world's number one online payment service, Pay pal is the fastest way to open your doors to over 150 million member accounts worldwide.
Best of all, it's completely free to sign up! To sign up or learn more, click here to learn more on this amazing feature available on internet, the best objective about Pay pal its free to join but you could create separate business by promoting this service and receive commission.
https://www.paypal.com/au/mrb/pal=7VS75UZ3QEQ6W
Another advantage of buying on Ebay is that you have such a great variety of products. What is more, you don’t even have to leave your house …. That is the best! You can miss the commuting to the stores and the queues at the checkout. The heat (or the freezing cold) or the kids squabbling, and wanting things you don’t feel like spending money on.
As for selling on Ebay … won’t it be great to work from home and sell products that you find wholesale and that others ship for you? You can build up a full time income and even automate most of your sales.

Get The Most Out Of Your Traffic By Monetizing It*
Establishing your own E-commerce site is not like what it used to be. There are thousands of competition that is all too willing to get a bigger share of the pie. Every scheme and method you can find to augment your sales would be very beneficial.
We have got to admit to ourselves. Most of us are into it for the money. We are not going to waste our time and effort just for the fun of it. Many sites would not wait until hell freezes over just to see their profits. While there are some who takes things lightly there are always those who would rather see profit any given day.
It is common knowledge that without traffic we have no business. Like any business, without any customers you don't get sales. Traffic represents all the people that gets a chance to see what you have to offer. The more people who see your products the more people there would be to buy them.
Nobody puts up an E-commerce site that doesn't expect profit. We have a startup capital that needs to be regained. With a consistent traffic, we at least have a fighting chance to achieve that probability. Monetizing your traffic would optimize your chances of making the best out of it.
Making Money out of your Traffic
The best and most proven method of making a profit out of your traffic is using advertising. The internet generates hundreds of thousands upon hundred of thousands of traffic everyday. Most of them are searching for something. While some are just looking for information there is also a good percentage that is looking for something that they need.
The internet has proven to be a very reliable source in finding what was deemed to be a very unsearchable product. The internet has made the world a smaller place; you can advertise a product from the depths of Istanbul and still find a buyer from the center of Philadelphia.
Generating traffic is not an easy task. You have to contend with a great number of sites to generate a good number of traffic flow. But if done successfully this could open up a Pandora's Box of possibilities. One of the benefits is monetizing your traffic flow.
So, to get to the core of it the more traffic you generate the more likely you are considered as a desirable, desirable, in a sense that a good traffic flowing site is easily convertible to profit. Basically traffic equals profit. Advertising is the name of the game; with the good advertising scheme you can use your traffic flow to your advantage.
When you have good traffic you have a good number of potential customers, customers that are willing to pour money into your coffers. Other than that these are also traffic that can be redirected to sponsored links that are willing to pay you for a sizeable portion of the traffic that you have generated.
This scheme is called "pay per click." With every click a visitor of your site makes on an advertised link you will be paid. The more traffic you generate and the more clicks that happens would spell to more profits.
Affiliate Programs
Another method of monetizing your traffic are affiliate programs. You can link up with other tried and tested sites and online companies and monetize your traffic by having a percentage of sales generated by traffic coming from your site.
The basic idea is, traffic generated from your site will go to another site that can offer a product that you do not carry. Many programs can keep track and make records of transactions that was made possible because of site linkage.
When purchases are made by customers that was led by your site to their site you get a percentage of that sale. Affiliate programs would give you the benefit of monetizing your traffic without the actual need of carrying or promoting a certain product.
There are so many ways and methods to monetize your traffic. All it takes is a bit of hard work and the desire to successfully launch a profit-earning site. The internet is a veritable source of information, many tips and guides are offered everywhere in how to monetize your traffic and make your site a good profit earner.

SSL certificate is a must have for e-commerce web site.*
SSL is an acronym for secure socket layer and it is the standard of security technology that establishes an encrypted connection between a web server and a web browser. SSL certificate avouches that the information that is being transferred between the web server and web browser remains private and what is more important secure.
Ecommerce web sites present exciting opportunities but at the same time, nowadays a lot of Internet users facing security issues and are concerned about integrity of their private data, especially about their payment details as there are a lot of risks associated with on-line transactions.
SSL will help you to realistically build a solid level of confidence, your customers and web site visitors will rely on SSL authentication mechanism while seeing the golden secure padlock that is realized by millions of users. Realize the benefits of on-line commerce and get comprehensive and competitive advantage by securing your web site.
SSL certificate can either be purchased from the official certificate vendors or can be provided to you by your web hosting provider.
Web server executes SSL transactions with a couple of keys: private key and public key. The encryption using the pair of keys ensures that data can be encrypted by one of the key but can only be decrypted by the other key pair.
Normally SSL certificate will contain the following information about the owner of the certificate: the certificate’s holder name, issue and expiration date, the certificate serial number, digital signature
You may ask yourself why I need SSL certificate. SSL certificate is essential
if you have on-line store that accepts payments on-line;
if you ask your users or web site visitors to submit any confidential information like e-mail addresses or their land address;
if you process any private data (for example logins and passwords);
if you share important business information between offices and business structures.
There are 2 types of SSL certificates: dedicated SSL certificate that you may obtain from official certificate vendors and shared SSL certificate that web hosting provider offers you for free along with the web hosting services.
Certainly there are advantages and disadvantages using both dedicated and shared certificated.
Dedicated SSL certificate certainly looks more professional, it gives trust to your web site visitors and potential buyers of your e-shop. Dedicated certificate also shows that it is issued in your name and is dedicated to your web site.
Shared certificates is easy to install, they are free and saves you money by reducing costs of maintaining your e-store. They work great and do not pop up with any warnings about SSL not matching the domain name.

How Clicker Training Your Dog Can Bring Huge Benefits?
Clicker training is the process of training an animal using a conditioned reinforcer, which indicates to the animal ("marks") the precise behaviour that was correct.
It can be used to teach your dog, (or just about any animal), regular pet obedience type behaviours (such as loose-leash walking) as well as more advanced competition, trick or service behaviours.
Clicker training is easy to learn, and it is a powerful animal training tool that works on any animal that can choose behaviour.
It is fun for you and your dog, and can be effective for all types of pets.
It also works well for sending your dog over jumps, through tunnels, and weaves also.
Clicker training is not just about the clicker or about the food. It is about allowing you to pinpoint and reward desirable behaviour in your pet.
It works equally with puppies and adult dogs to shape new behaviours and discourage misbehaviours.
Clicker training has also been recommended by experts in humane education as an excellent way to teach children empathy.
Training can improve your relationship with your dog. It can help to build a bond between you and your dog, and you don't need to jerk and pull or use a choke chain.
Dog owners have a responsibility to make sure that their dogs are well behaved members of our society. Generally, they are very, very good learners for the whole of their lives.
Creating a well trained dog is always in your, and your dogs, best interest.

What To Do With Free Blog Template Code#
OK. You've found some free blog template code that you really like.
It displays well.
It works with your chosen blog platform.
What next?
That will depend on your particular blog platform.
Some blog platforms give you lots of flexibility in terms of the blog template code you can use. Others are fussier and will restrict you to a set of pre-designed templates.
Before your blog gets too popular, it's worth finding out what, if any, restrictions there are on changing your blog template.
That said, most blog platforms will allow you to change your blog template.
There are a number of things you need to consider when you do this:
* Does your new blog template include a visible link back to the designer?
* Are you required to keep that link on your page and visible as part of the license to use the blog template?
* Does the underlying code look neat?
* Is the code "commented" so that you or your web designer can make changes?
* Are you allowed to make changes to the blog template code? Or does it have to be used exactly as it is?
* Is it simple to change things like the background image and other images to make your theme more personal?
* Does the blog template code work in the major web browsers? At the very least, your blog should look near enough the same in Internet Explorer and Firefox.
* Does the blog template code load quickly? Or does it take forever to "render" (put itself into the correct place)?
* Are there any hidden images or other sneaky items included in the blog template code? You may need to get a HTML savvy friend to check this for you.
* Will using this blog template code limit your ability to change the look and feel of your blog in the future? For instance, are there are special elements in the code that affect your blog's navigation?
Once you're happy with the answers to all these questions, it's time to take the plunge and change your blog template.
But there's one thing to do before you install a new set of blog template code. It's important, but it's often missed:
Take a backup of your current blog template.
That way, if something goes wrong or doesn't work as expected, your blog can be put back to a working version quickly and easily.

Making a bet at a bar-Jokes
Making a bet at a bar-Jokes
Two guys were in a bar, and they were both watching the television when the news came on. It showed a guy on a bridge who was about to jump, obviously suicidal. "I'll bet you $10 he'll jump," said the first guy. "Bet you $10 he won't," said the second guy.
Then, the guy on the television closed his eyes and threw himself off the bridge. The second guy hands the first guy the money.
"I can't take your money," said the first guy. "I cheated you. The same story was on the five o'clock news." "No, no. Take it," said the second guy. "I saw the five o'clock news too. I just didn't think the guy was dumb enough to jump again!"
A nun arrives at the local bar
John was sitting outside his local pub one day, enjoying a quiet pint and generally feeling good about himself, when a nun suddenly appears at his table and starts decrying the evils of drink.
"You should be ashamed of yourself young man! Drinking is a Sin! Alcohol is the blood of the devil!"
Now John gets pretty annoyed about this, and goes on the offensive.
"How do you know this, Sister?"
"My Mother Superior told me so."
"But have you ever had a drink yourself? How can you be sure that what you are saying is right?"
"Don't be ridiculous--of course I have never taken alcohol myself"
"Then let me buy you a drink - if you still believe afterwards that it is evil I will give up drink for life"
"How could I, a Nun, sit outside this public house drinking?!"
"I'll get the barman to put it in a teacup for you, then no one will ever know."
The Nun reluctantly agrees, so John goes inside to the bar.
"Another pint for me, and a triple vodka on the rocks", then he lowers his voice and says to the barman "and could you put the vodka in a teacup?"
"Oh no! It's not that Nun again is it?"
Newly issued alcohol warnings
The Toronto Board of Health has proposed that warning signs be placed on all alcohol bottles to tip off drinkers about the possible peril of drinking a pint or two of any alcoholic beverage.
1. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol may cause you to wake up with a breath that could knock a buzzard off a wreaking dead animal that is one hundred yards away.
2. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol is a major factor in dancing like an idiot.
3. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol may cause you to tell the same boring story over and over again until your friends want to assault you
4. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol may cause you to thay shings like thish.
5. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol may cause you to tell the boss what you really think of him.
6. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol is the leading cause of inexplicable rug burn on the forehead.
7. WARNING: Consumption of alcohol may create the illusion that you are tougher, handsomer and smarter than some really, really big guy named Psycho Bob.

Why the 630i is really the old M6
The £33,875 it would have cost you to get your hands on one of the 5,585 M6 models produced between 1984 and 1986 equates to roughly £71,000 in today's money.
Compared to the Toyota MR2 of the day, the M635CSi was 60mm wider, 850mm longer, 800kg heavier and £22,000 more expensive. Customers could opt for one of the other variants in the E24 6-Series range that ran from the mid '70s to late '80s - but the M6 was the definitive model and the one that kick started the M revolution. Its heritage was thoroughbred - the M635CSi featured the engine from the M1 super car - built for racing homologation purposes but rendered useless by a change in racing regulations. The M1's six-cylinder 24-valve unit was actually tweaked for more power before being used in the 6-Series.
158mph '70s style
By the time it found its way under the huge bonnet and behind that fearsome 'sharknose' grille the 3.5-litre unit was boasting 286bhp. As a result, the M6 could reach 62mph in 6.1 seconds and keep going until it hit 158mph. With its performance and practicality the M635CSi proved that GTs and sports coupés needn't be mutually exclusive. Two decades later and its legacy is reflected in the current BMW 6-Series range. The latest generation E64 6-Series range is once again topped by the M6. The M badge is still one that earns instant respect: as sure an indicator of cutting edge technology, class leading performance and tremendous power now as it was then.
At a shade over £80,000 the current M6 works out more expensive than the first generation model - but two decades of development mean you get considerably more for your money in terms of equipment, technology and performance. But that same period of development has meant that you no longer need to look to the top of the range for the performance found in the M635CSi. The entry-level 630i has a limited top speed three mph short of the original M6, is only 0.1 seconds slower to 63mph and a mere 14bhp down on power. It's just as big, features the same wide stance, low profile and enigmatic looks plus an equally scintillating six-cylinder engine.
New meets old
Launched in late 2003 the 6-Series was a long awaited return to the GT arena by BMW. There had been no 6-Series model in the 14 years between the two generations and philosophy of the old car is evident in the new. Both share a two-plus-two platform with room in the rear for two adults. Both have a low-slung driving position and luxurious, highly specced interiors. Both have endless bonnets to hide their potent engines. Both have boots big enough to carry four sets of luggage across the continent. And while they both feature the classic front-engine rear-wheel drive sports coupé layout, the age gap highlights itself in terms of the driving experience.
The M635CSi is quick in a very old fashioned way with a long throw on the six speed gearbox, what feels like fathoms of travel on the dampers and steering that's heavy despite its precision. The engine snorts, grunts and bludgeons its way up to speed. The 630i feels altogether lighter on its feet with an engine that buzzes and howls, suspension that floats over the bumps rather than smashing through them and poise and agility in the corners. Much like pitching George Foreman against Muhammad Ali these two cars have very different ways of achieving the same goal - but it is very difficult to pick between the two.

Gurkha War-NEPAL
Historical background
For centuries the three kingdoms of the Kathmandu valley - Kathmandu, Patan and Bhadgaon, (now Bhaktapur), - had quarrelled amongst themselves and were too concerned with internal rivalry to pay attention to any potential danger from without. This insularity however had by 1769, enabled Prithvi Narayan Shah the king of Gorkha to conquer the valley, forming the foundations for the modern Kingdom of Nepal.
In 1767, a request to the British for help by the traditional valley kings under threat from Gorkha expansion resulted in an ill-equipped and ill-prepared expedition numbering 2,500 lead by Captain Kinloch. The expedition was a disaster - the Gorkha army easily overpowered those who did not succumb to malaria or desertion. This ineffectual and token British force not only provided the Gorkhas with firearms but also filled them with suspicion, causing some to underestimate their future opponents.
This conquest of the Kathmandu valley was only the beginning of an explosion of Gorkha power throughout the region. The Gorkha armies had overrun all of eastern Nepal by 1773 - by 1788 Gorkha forces had also annexed some western portions of Sikkim. In the west, all rulers as far as the Kali River had submitted or been replaced by 1790. Farther west still, the Kumaon region and its capital Almora, had also succumbed to the Gorkhas.
To the north however, aggressive raids into Tibet (concerning a long-standing dispute over trade and control of the mountain passes), finally forced the Chinese emperor in Peking to act. In 1792 he sent a huge army, expelling the Nepalese out of Tibet to within 5km of their capital at Kathmandu. Acting regent Bahadur Shah, (Prithvi Naryan’s son), appealed to the British Governor-General of India, Francis Rawdon-Hastings, Lord Moira for help. Anxious to avoid confrontation with the Chinese, Lord Moira sent Captain Kirkpatrick as mediator, but before he arrived the war with China had finished. The Nepalese were forced into signing a humiliating treaty revoking their trading privileges in Tibet and requiring them to pay tribute to Peking every 5 years.
The Tibet affair had postponed a previously planned attack on the Kingdom of Garhwal, but by 1803 the raja of Garhwal had also been defeated - he was killed in the struggle and all his land annexed. Further west, general Amar Singh Thapa overran lands as far as the Kangra - the strongest fort in the hill region – and laid siege to it (although by 1809, Ranjit Singh the ruler of the Sikh state in the Punjab, had intervened and drove the Nepalese army east of the Sutlej river).
The British were also expanding their sphere of influence. The recent acquisition of the Nawab of Awadh's lands by the British East India Company brought the region of Gorakhpur into the close proximity of the raja of Palpa - the last remaining independent town within the Gorkha heartlands. Suspicion of the raja’s collusion with the British led first to his imprisonment by the Gorkhas, then to his assassination. Bhimsen Thapa the Nepalese Prime Minister (1806 – 1837) installed his own father as governor of Palpa leading to serious border disputes between the two powers.
These disputes arose because there was no fixed boundary separating the Gorkhas and the British - a Border Commission imposed on Nepal by the Governor General failed to solve the problem. Gorkha raids into the flatlands of the Tarai (a much prized strip of fertile ground separating the Nepalese hill country from India) increased tensions - the British felt their power in the region and their tenuous lines of communication between Calcutta and the northwest were under threat. Since neither side had any idea where the border was supposed to be, confrontation between the powers was inevitable.
War
While the Gorkhas had been expanding its empire – Sikkim in the east, Kumaon and Garhwal in the west and into the British sphere of influence in Oudh in the south - the British East India Company had consolidated its position in India from its main bases of Calcutta, Madras and Bombay. This British expansion had already been resisted in parts of India culminating in the Mahratta Wars, as well as in the Punjab where Ranjit Singh had his own empire-building aspirations. It was therefore imperative to the British that the Gorkha war was quickly and successfully concluded.
When the Kathmandu durbar solicited Gorkha chiefs’ opinions about a possible war with the British, Amar Singh was not alone in his opposition, declaring that - “They will not rest satisfied without establishing their own power and authority, and will unite with the hill rajas, whom we have dispossessed.” This contrasts sharply with the prime minister Bhimsen Thapa – “ . . .our hills and fastness are formed by the hand of God, and are impregnable.” The Gorkha prime minister realised the Nepalese had several advantages over the British including knowledge of the region and recent experience fighting in the mountainous terrain. However, the British had numerical superiority and far more modern weapons.
First campaign
The initial British campaign was to attack on two fronts across a frontier of more than 1,500km (930miles). In the eastern front, Major-General Bennet Marley and Major-General John Sullivan Wood, would lead their respective columns across the Tarai towards the heart of the valley of Kathmandu. Further east, on the Sikkim border, Captain Latter led a small force in a primarily defensive role. Major-General Rollo Gillespie and Colonel David Ochterlony commanded the two columns in the western front. These columns were pitted against the cream of the Gorkha army under the command of Amar Singh Thapa. All four columns were mainly made up of Indian troops, though Ochterlony’s was the only column without a single British infantry battalion. The Commander-in-Chief of the British forces was Lord Moira.
The campaign started badly. A day before the Governor-General officially declared war on 1 November 1814, General Gillespie had been killed trying to take the weakly defended fort at Kalanga at the Battle of Nalapani. In the interval before Gillespie’s successor Major-General Gabriel Martindell took over command, Colonel Sebright Mawby managed to take Kalanga by cutting off its water supplies. Soon after Martindell arrived however, the British suffered further setbacks at the hands of Ranjur Singh Thapa (Amar Singh Thapa’s son), at the Battle of Jaithak. Martindell eventually reduced Jaithak to rubble with his guns but, even with vastly superior numbers, he failed to occupy it for fear of counter-attack.
Major-General Sir David Ochterlony, (1758-1825) by A. W. Devis. Ochterlony was reluctant to go to war, stating "[Going to war] appears to me the most Quixotic and the most impolitic measure we have ever attempted."The generals in the east mirrored this pusillanimity with both Wood and Marley reluctant to face the enemy. After two attempts to advance on Butwal, Wood, with superior numbers, feebly retreated and took up a defensive posture at Gorakhpur. His compatriot, Major-General Marley, whose 8,000 strong force was supposed to provide the main striking force on Kathmandu, showed even more timidity. After his advance posts at Samanpore and Persa were wiped out due to lack of support, he was reduced to abject inactivity and, on 10 February 1815, “unable to endure the irksomeness of his situation . . .took the sudden and extraordinary resolution in leaving the camp”. He had deserted!
The company’s hopes now rested on the abilities of Colonel Ochterlony’s force of around 10,000 troops. Unlike the other generals, Ochterlony showed determination, skill and an ability to adapt to the circumstances. Although there were no initial decisive encounters, Ochterlony slowly pushed Amar Singh’s army higher and higher into the mountains until, in April 1815, the Gorkha general had been forced into his main fort at Malaun.
The ensuing Battle of Dionthal was the decisive moment in the campaign. Attempts by Amar Singh’s most able lieutenant, Bhakti Thapa, to dislodge the British from the Dionthal ridge overlooking the Malaun fort, failed. Although Bhakti Thapa was killed in the action on 16 April, the fort held out for a while. However, when news arrived announcing that Almora had fallen to Colonel Jasper Nicolls’ 2,000 strong force of regular sepoys on 26 April, Amar Singh Thapa realized the hopelessness of the situation and, threatened by the British guns, surrendered. In recognition of their heroic defences of their respective forts of Malaun and Jaithak, Ochterlony allowed Amar Singh and his son Ranjur (who had joined him at Malaun) to return home with their arms and men. During the campaign Ochterlony was promoted to major general.
Second campaign:
The Treaty of Sugauli
The Treaty of Sugauli was ratified on 4 March 1816. According to the treaty, Nepal would lose Sikkim, the territories of Kumaon and Garhwal, and most of the lands of the Tarai; the British East India Company would pay 200,000 rupees annually to compensate for the loss of income from the Tarai region. However, the Tarai lands had proved difficult to govern and some of them were returned to Nepal later in 1816, simultaneously abolishing the annual payments.
The Mechi river became the new eastern border and the Mahakali river, the western boundary of Nepal. Kathmandu was also forced to accept a British Resident - a hateful symbol of its reduction to client status in relation to the British administration in Calcutta.
