Light up your site

After scouring stores far and wide, suddenly your hunt is over: the stars have aligned to bring you just what you're looking for -- and not a moment too soon. It's a bit the same way when a search brings you to just the right site. But what if your site's just the right site, and users can't find it?

you don't need divine forces to play a role in the findability of your site. Nope -- you can help make sure that your site turns up just when it should by taking advantage of these tips from our Search Quality Team.

1. Not sure if all your pages are being seen by Google? Search for your site's address after the command "site", like [site:example.com]. When you see your pages in the results, check your snippet content and page titles. Include information that matches the topic of a particular page. If anything is missing or you want more details, you can also use the Content Analysis tool in Webmaster Tools.

2.If you upload new pages or topics faster than Google crawls your site, make sure to submit a Google Sitemap and include a refresh rate.

3.Label your images appropriately. Users searching in Google Image Search will more easily find the image on your site. Don't miss out on potential traffic because of [001.jpg] instead of [NintendoWii.jpg]. Image Search is one of the largest search properties out there, so you should take advantage of it.

4.Manage your SiteLinks. Your most valuable links may not be the ones that Google chooses as SiteLinks, so remember you can remove any that you don't think users will find useful.

5.Check for errors and keyword traffic in Webmaster Tools. See our diagnostics checklist.

6.Serve accurate HTTP status codes. If you've retired a page permanently, serve a 404. If you've simply relocated it, serve a 301. The more we know about your old pages, the faster we will find the next best page on your site for a given query.

7.Serve accurate HTTP status codes. If you've retired a page permanently, serve a 404. If you've simply relocated it, serve a 301. The more we know about your old pages, the faster we will find the next best page on your site for a given query.

8.Read our recently released SEO Starter Guide.

9.Watch our Tutorials for Webmasters.

10.Find out what information Google has about your website in Webmaster Tools.

11.Get the latest updates from the Webmaster Central Blog.

12.Find answers to your questions in our Webmaster Help Center, or ask your questions in the Webmaster Help Group.

Whether it be the perfect gift, the perfect site, or the perfect cup of cocoa on a cold winter's night, we hope all your searches are fruitful this holiday season.

Western Union payment updates

Do you use Western Union as your payment method? If so, we've just made a couple minor updates that we'd like to let you know about.

Expiration date extendedWe've now extended the deadline to pick up your Western Union payments from 35 days to 60 days. If you haven't picked up your payment within 60 days of issuance, the payment will be credited back to your account and a payment hold will be placed on your account. You'll then see a notice in your account with more details on how to proceed.

Split paymentsAs you may know, Western Union has specific payout limits depending on location. In the past, if your payment amount exceeded the Western Union payout limit in your country, we'd send your payment by secured express delivery check instead. Unfortunately, this would also incur a delivery fee, so we're happy to let you know that this is now no longer the case.

Now, if your payment exceeds the maximum payment amount, we'll divide up the amounts but still send them via Western Union. For instance, if the payout limit in your country is $3,000 USD and your payment for the month is $5,000 USD, we'll send you two payments: one for the limit of $3,000 USD and another for the remainder of $2,000 USD. If you're sent multiple Western Union payments, you'll see multiple 'Payment issued' lines on your Payment history page, each with the corresponding MTCN associated with it. Depending on your local Western Union agent, you may need to pick up multiple payments on subsequent days. We recommend consulting your local Western Union agent for further details.

Payment by Western Union is currently available in a limited number of countries, but we're working on expanding the countries we support, and we'll keep you posted with any updates.

Extending AdSense for domains to all publishers

Many publishers have approached us looking for a way to monetize their domains, and today, we're excited to announce the expansion of AdSense for domains. This product allows publishers to earn revenue through ads placed on undeveloped domains.

With AdSense for domains, users can find relevant information rather than see empty pages or "page not found" errors. Today we present ads, links, and search results on the pages, and may add other useful information in the future. To ensure positive user experience and the quality of our network, these sites are monitored for policy compliance and prohibited from using text and images designed to confuse users.

Advertisers also have additional opportunities to find their customers, and ads on these pages convert well. In addition, we regularly receive requests from advertisers who have found domains to be an effective way to reach their users.

The product will be initially rolled out in phases to English-language AdSense publishers located in North America, and we'll expand to additional regions and languages in the future. To check whether AdSense for domains has been enabled for your account, log in and visit your AdSense Setup tab. For more information, please visit our Help Center.

Make your ad cents (and dollars) count

Back in May, we had tremendous interest from readers who asked if they could donate their earnings to help victims in China and Myanmar (Burma). We heard you loud and clear, and so we're happy to announce that during the next week, you can donate a portion or all of your entire unpaid balance as of November 30, 2008 to reconstruction efforts in these regions. The earth may no longer be quaking and the waters may now be calm, but help is still needed in these areas. Whether you have a balance of $0.10 or $100 in your account, we invite you to participate within the next week. Just think if everyone donated a dollar, what a difference that would make.

As you may expect, there are certain restrictions to donating, and all our normal policies still apply -- so please don't ask others to click on your ads in order to increase your earnings. For more information on how to participate, visit our donation form.

Finally, we know that you may be interested in donating your earnings to additional charities and causes. Please stay tuned to our blog for future opportunities to donate in other ways.

Turkeys, thanks, and taxes

This Thanksgiving weekend, we'd like to take a moment to ask our U.S.-based publishers to spend a little post-turkey time (when you're not watching football or taking advantage of those Black Friday bargains) to review your AdSense tax information.

Tax season is just around the corner and we want to make sure that we give the IRS the most accurate information. So please pay a quick visit to your AdSense account, and double-check your payee name -- that's the name that we send payments to --and the tax information you've provided, especially your Social Security or Employer Identification Number.

Does the info in your account correspond exactly to the info in your tax documents? If not, you may want to consider updating your payee name so that everything matches up.You can resubmit your tax information by logging in and following the steps in our Help Center. Keep in mind that we'll be sending out tax forms to publishers who qualify during the month of January.Posted by Elizabeth Ferdon - AdSense Publisher Support

Optimization for Profit for blogger

Examine a regular link. A link is nothing more than a piece of text. It is what appears in your address bar at the top of the browser you are using right now or you can visit www.atoz-about-rss.com. It can also be an image that links to your blog but, for our example, we are using text.

Some of the factors that matter most are:

1) the website location which the link takes you to.

2) The actual text of the link. What does the link tell the Search Engines?

3) The PageRank of the page on which the link takes a Search Engine to.

For learning purposes you need to understand this information.

You naturally want the link to take the Search Engines to your blog but to which page of your blog? Do you want to link to an individual post or to your blog home page?

Since your blog should be a constantly updated website, it is always wise to point to your main page instead of individual posts because individual posts tend to be very time-sensitive.

One of my blogs, on News and Commentary, is a good example of this. Usually posts are outdated within hours or days of posting. The Search Engines will still list some of your posts based on the keywords. Remember Part 2 of this series? If you have not read the earlier parts of this series, click the link in the Author Box below.

Remember this: Page Rank is only a side effect of our real goal which is to get people onto your blog. People do not search according to Page Rank they search with keywords they type into the search box. If your keywords are poorly thought out you will not rank at all.

Your new blog will start out with no PageRank at all. Once the search engine robots find your blog, through links on other sites, or through articles you post in Article Directories (see Part 4 of this series), your blog will start gaining PageRank . Then, depending on the PageRank (keywords) of the referring page, your blog PageRank will climb even more. The referring page is the website/blog that is linking back to your blog. Search engines will find your link on their referring page and follow it back to your blog. Simple, eh?

Link Exchange Tips

First, you should know there are two basic types of link exchange - normal and triangular. For example, if site A links to site B and site B back to site A, it is normal link exchange. This technique is very easy to handle (you do not need to run any additional website) and still very popular. In last years, many webmasters started to use triangular link exchange. It means that site A links to site B and site B ldoes not link back to site A but to site C. The reason why some site owners prefer this way is the fact google can recognize exchanged links and gives them lower value.

When you decide which type of link exchange are you going to use you should create a page where you will place partners links. This page should be one or max. 2 clicks from your home page. When you create it, you should start to google for websites related to yours.

When you find some site where you want to have your link, follow these steps:
1. Link to other site from your link page first. Sometimes you will find HTML code with the anchor text and description on partners website.
2. Send an email to website owner with the location of his link. Explain why do you like his website and that both of you will profit from the link exchange.
3. If the site owner put your link online store the URL in excel sheet. Later you will need to check if your link exists on the partner site.
4. In case you will get no response in one or two weeks try to send friendly reminder. It may happen the other party is very busy but still want to accept your offer.
5. If the site owner does not respond simply remove the link.
6. Repeat steps 1 - 5.

Contacting other webmasters is only one of possible ways how to run link exchange. You can also let others to contact you. How to do that?
1. Put on your link page HTML code which you want others to use on their websites.
2. Advertise this page on webmaster forums (if allowed by forum rules).
3. People will come to your website, link first to you and then ask you for linking back.

Looking for affordable SEO services!

However, in the current trend of search engine optimization, lots of optimization sites have packages that are actually costlier than the whole budget of getting the website going! Most of these sites look to get an instant recognition for their clients by putting up a lot of paid ads and banners on all kinds of websites. That might be alright for a few weeks, but then, once the campaign is done, the site rating comes back to square one once more!
When you are looking for affordable SEO services, you should consider service providers who have a track record of providing sustainable results. In order to do that, it is necessary to look out for a search engine optimization company that is in sync with all the happenings in the field. The internet is a field where nothing remains constant. A brand new technology of a few months ago would already be obsolete today. And most of the technologies come down in price once they get going.
So, when you go down to the drawing board and see how many different channels your SEO consultant is using, you will get a fair idea of the budget that you can plan for.
When you are looking for affordable SEO services, there are a few factors that will help you identify a company that will fit into your budget

* Testimonials – The best way to rate an organization is always on the basis of the work they have already done. Most of the SEO companies have a set of testimonials on their home page, and by taking a look at them, you will be able to identify the kind of work the SEO service firm does. Especially look out for the costlier channels of optimization.

* A combination of channels – Any good affordable SEO company would use a multiple number of channels to ensure that your site is optimized. Using a set of channels is always more economical than just one, as you don’t need to waste time and energy on one channel – if you see that it is not yielding results. When you begin with a combination, you can then increase the money you are spending on the channels which are suited to your requirements.

* Realistic Estimate – A good SEO company would give you a realistic estimate of the budget you might be expected to put aside for the campaign. If you feel that the amount is too low, be certain before you agree to the strategy. A lot of times, the budget balloons as the campaign goes along, if not planned in advance.

Asense Launched new Help Forum

I hope that by now you've found the AdSense Help Forum to be the best place to ask questions and share tips with other AdSense publishers. We've been listening to your feedback about forum features you'd like to see, and we're excited to announce that we're moving the English Forum from Google Groups to a brand new platform. (For those who participate in the Forum in another language: rest assured that our engineers are working on making this new platform available in additional languages, although we don't have a set date at this time.)As of today, we've closed up shop and moved the English Forum next door to the AdSense Help Center. We've been jealous of the Help Center for a while now. Its innovative interface, clear categories, and snazzy search powered by CSE left us feeling like the odd man out.

Now we've almost got it all. We have the look and feel of the Help Center with the same CSE to search across the Forum, the Help Center, and the blog. We have the same categories as the Help Center, so you can easily transition from one category to the another. We even have some extra things we hope you'll really like: a system of levels to reward your contributions to the Forum, and profiles where you can put a picture next to your name. You can subscribe to the Forum (or to individual discussions) by RSS feed. You can post a question and receive your answer by email. You can even vote on which response best answers the question and mark a best answer to a question you asked.

I hope you'll come take a look, and we hope you'll stay a while, sign into your Google Account, and ask and answer questions.

How advertising will affect your Christmas purchases!

if you have to buy anything for a child this Christmas, you'll likely find that advertising has a great deal to do with what that child might want to find under the tree. If a child sees an advertisement enough, he or she is going to start wanting what's advertised!

if his or her friends have one or if there is some reason why that child believes having that object will bring friends his or her way. Smaller children are more interested in brightly-colored toys and things that make noise or have movement. Older children are more interested in electronic games and other things that they can do with their friends!

It's largely become a matter of opinion and speculation, but most people do believe that advertising does have an effect on children and that they do pay a lot of attention to what they see on the TV. It can change their moral and social norms, and that's something that can lead to serious problems. For holiday purchases, though, it's likely not a huge issue!
Mostly, it will affect the wallets of the people who need to buy things for children this year by giving those children more to ask for and want as the season grows closer. This is the way that it usually is during Christmas, but with the struggling economy there will likely be a lot more advertising this year, in an effort to make more money!

Student Loan Consolidation Programs

Student loan consolidation programs are programs which are designed to help a student or ex-student to consolidate his government, federal and private student loans. Student loan consolidation programs help a student in the following ways:

1. By consolidating student debt, student loan consolidation programs offer a hassle free way of paying student debt. Once the debt is consolidated, you only need to pay one bill to the student loan consolidation programs.

2. Student loan consolidation programs should help the student to get out of debt by maintaining communication with the students creditors to arrange for payment of debt.

3. Student loan consolidation programs help manage the students monthly payments.

When using student loan consolidation programs, be carefully not to consolidate your federal student loans with private student loans. Federal student loans offer a tax deductible advantage whereas private student loans do not. If you consolidate the two together in student loan consolidation programs then you will loose the advantages of a federal student loan.

Student loan consolidation programs often offer very low interest rates which means that by consolidating your student loans using student loan consolidation programs you can save money on your repayments.

Student loan consolidation programs also often offer a longer repayment period which means that the repayments of your student loan will be lower since the repayment period is longer which may help to take the stress off your own shoulders.

Janaki Mandir-NEPAL

Janaki Mandir (Nepali: जानकी मन्दिर) is a Hindu temple which is at the heart of Janakpur, Nepal. It is dedicated to goddess Sita.

It is an example of 'Hindu-Rajput' architecture. This is considered as the most important model of the Rajput architecture in Nepal.

History

The Janaki Mandir was built by Queen Brisabhanu Kunwar of Tikamgarh from central India in AD 1911, at a cost of Rupees 900,000. In local parlance, the temple is also called Nau Lakha Mandir or Temple of Nine Lac Rupees.

Janki Mandir, Janakpur Dham(Nepal)
Inside the Janki Mandir, Janakpur Dham(Nepal)In 1657, a golden statue of the Goddess Sita was found at the very spot, and Sita is also said to have lived there. The legend had it that it was built on the holy site where Sannyasi Shurkishordas had found the images of Goddess Sita. In fact, Shurkishordas was the founder of modern Janakpur and the great saint and poet who preached about the Sita Upasana (also called Sita Upanishad) philosophy. Legend has it that King Janak performed the worship of 'Shiva-Dhanus' on this very site. This temple has preserved the broken idol of King Janak and other beautiful idols

Jessica & Tony's Nightclub Romp#

Things look to be getting hot and heated between Jessica Simpson and her new beau Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo after the pair were spotted indulging in a sordid nightclub romp.

According to Us magazine the pair hit up celeb hangout Teddy’s on December 1 where things got a little out-of-control.

"They were all over each other on the couch, making out," a witness told the publication.

"They were on top of each other” the witness adds “It was a little bit much for a public place. He was holding her close and she wasn't paying attention to anyone else."

The report comes just days after the same publication ran a report claiming that Jess – who has been linked to a string of men John Mayer, Adam Levine, Orlando Bloom and most recently Owen Wilson – regret her split from Nick Lachey.

“There are definitely parts of her that regret breaking up with Nick now," a source told the Us.

Yet according to the publication's latest report Jess is smittien with Romo.

The source adds that the 27-year-old is "crazy" about her man "and gushes about how sweet he is."

Is it right to search on your own site?

If you've added an AdSense for search box to your page, you're probably aware of the relevant search results it provides your users. That being said, a few publishers have asked us if it’s a violation of our program policies to perform searches in their own AdSense for search boxes. The short answer is no, this activity is not explicitly prohibited by our program policies. However, we strongly advise against using your own AdSense for search box for a couple of reasons. First, it can increase the chance of accidental or invalid clicks on the ads that appear on the search results pages. Second, this will inflate the number of queries in your reports, giving you an inaccurate picture of the activity on your site.If you’d like to use Google search, we recommend visiting Google.com or installing the Google Toolbar. And if you're using Google Chrome, don't forget that you can type search queries directly into your address bar.

Aerobic Exercise Is The Way To Good Health

Aerobic exercise is any activity that elevates your health rate and increases your oxygen consumption. In addition, this type of exercise is one of the best ways of improving and maintaining good overall health. The heart, vascular system, lungs, muscles, joints, brain, and nervous system all benefit. Regular aerobic exercise will help you to sleep better, have more energy, be more relaxed, and maintain a more positive outlook. In fact, aerobic exercise is considered an excellent treatment for mild depression, anxiety, and stress-related problems. In addition to all of those benefits, regular aerobic exercise can increase the levels of natural painkillers in the nervous system, making it a good way to control common types of pain.

When combined with a proper diet, aerobic exercise is the most effective method to control your weight. Many people would be happy to shed a few pounds, but for people with pain, weight loss may also mean an improvement in their condition. extra weight puts an extra stress on spinal joints and vertebral disks. If you are overweight, aerobic exercise will not only help to relieve your pain but may also help to control your weight.

Aerobic exercise is good for people with many different health conditions, as long as they start at a reasonable level and build up gradually. However, if you are over age 40 or have a medical condition that you think might be affected by aerobic exercise, be sure to check with your doctor before beginning such a program.

According to exercise physiologists, effective aerobic exercise should increase the rate of your pulse to roughly 70% to 80% of your predicted maximum heart rate. Before beginning to exercise, you should calculate your target heart rate. While exercising, you may want to monitor your pulse to make sure you stay within the target zone. A simple guide to remember is that you should not exercise vigorously and breathe so hard that you cannot carry on a conversation as you are exercising.

If you are taking certain medicines for high blood pressure, your heart rate will not increase with exertion as it normally would. In that case, you should use your breathing as a guide.

Although many jobs are physically demanding, very few will provide you with an aerobic workout. Better options for aerobic exercise include walking, jogging, swimming, bicycling, dancing, playing basketball or tennis, and engaging in any other activity that gets your heart rate into your target zone and maintains that rate for the time you are exercising.

Some people do only one type of aerobic exercise, but it is generally better to alternate among two or more activities. This so-called cross training will make you physically fit for a wider variety of activities and keep you from getting bored.

Tips On Planning Your First Videoconference

Your first videoconference can be a successful and enjoyable experience if you keep the following basic tips in mind.

First, write your objectives. What do you want to happen in your first videoconference? What is the topic? Is there going to be a guest speaker or performer? If so contact the guest speaker or performer and explain what you would like them to do. Select at least two dates that work for both of you.

The first date will be for a technical test to make sure your guest has the right equipment and if the speaker is going to be at your site, on your location, he or she needs to give you a commitment to a dress rehearsal, a simple testing of voice, lighting, and locale. Locale is mentioned because if a speaker has travel involved, they need to be sure they know where they are going and how long it will take to get there so that on the day of the videoconference they can be on time.

Also validate your connections. See if the participating sites have equipment able to run at the same speed as your transmission connection, 384 kbs is preferred, but slower speeds can be accommodated if your videoconference is IP-based. Incompatible equipment cannot videoconference together.

Discuss and confirm the dates and times with other sites and videoconference participants, as well as the time length of the videoconference. Will it be one hour, two hours? Once a workable date and time is established among all involved, you can proceed to the next step.

If you are the speaker, write a basic script in an outline form. Simply list out the highlights of discussion in the order that feels right for you. You can use a printout of this outline throughout the videoconference. Attach it to a clipboard and use it for reference. If someone else is the speaker an outline will still help.

You would begin by blocking out an introduction period at the very beginning of the videoconference where you would introduce all involved to each other. Next, you would introduce the speaker and have an idea how long they will speak Then you would host a question and answer period if the topic calls for it and finish the videoconference with a proper closing, thanking all those who participated for their time.

Review your equipment and connections. If using a web hosting service like NetMeeting you need not arrange for a bridge provider in advance. The bridge provider is a service provided by telecommunications companies, which enables geographically separate videoconferencing sites to communicate with one another via ISND lines. NetMeeting and other such web services fulfill this service for you.

Write a schedule for the videoconference. This should include arrival time for key personnel, guest speakers or performers, the exact start time and your agenda -- what will happen, where and when -- finish with your end time. Fax or email this schedule to all involved.

In your test run and on the day of the videoconference, arrive at least thirty minutes early, reboot all the equipment by turning the videoconferencing equipment off then on again. Rebooting the equipment often clears up minor technical problems.

Check and reset your echo canceller, this eliminates echoes and background or room noise. Do this so that the only sounds heard during the videoconference come from the microphones. Check and set your audio levels and adjust lighting. You should test connecting to the other sites.

Now run through your schedule with the key personnel of each contact site. By now you should be interacting with all those involved either in person if they are in the room with you or by telephone and email if your videoconference is via the Internet. On this note, having a POTS number (which stands for plain old telephone system) is extremely helpful.

The POTS line is the telephone line closest to the videoconferencing equipment. This line is used to troubleshoot problems during videoconferences, which includes calling everyone involved if there is a technological error. The key to a good first videoconference is in advance planning. Plan in advance, test everything at least once, then relax and enjoy yourself.

5 Facts You Should Know About Restlessness-!

Tossing and turning all night is a common problem for many people. But often times, it can be traced to very specific reasons that can be rectified. Once you get to the root of the problem, then you can concentrate solely on how to stay asleep. You should be able to enjoy sleep for the entire night without being up and down every so often.

Here are just a few of the reasons why some people are up at night:

Too Much Caffeine
It may seem obvious to you as you read this, but you may not realize just how much caffeine you consume throughout the course of one day. Since you are ingesting a stimulant, your body will become wound up, and will take a significant amount of time to calm down before bedtime. Even if you have not had any caffeine that day, but usually do consume large amounts, restlessness can still be a problem for you. Long-term effects of excessive caffeine consumption can take months to overcome, and will leave you wide-eyed and awake when the night falls.

Guilty Conscience
If you a worrier, then you may have trouble falling asleep. But if you have done some things that you may not be proud of that have been harmful either to yourself or others, then certainly a good night's sleep is not in your future. If you have not had a chance to get things off your chest before you put head to pillow for the night, then certainly you are in for a long night. Letting go of those bad feelings and thoughts will almost always help you to combat restlessness.

Problems at Home or Work
If it feels like people are against you or there are just certain situations out of your control, it is hard to turn in for the night. Many people either go to bed angry, and end up waking frequently during the night, or they have trouble sleeping overall due to constant revisiting of all the issues in their personal or professional lives. Conflict can be a major source of restlessness, because it adds stress. When your body is stressed, it takes much longer for the nervous system and especially the brain to wind down in order to rest.

Uncomfortable Surroundings
Do you try to lie down for a good night of rest and hear the dog barking, the cars honking or that neon sign down the street that just keeps blinking? Restlessness can result from the fact that your sleeping atmosphere, well, stinks. Noise and other disruptions can make it extremely difficult to feel settled in at bedtime, causing us to sit up for hours waiting for these interjections to just go away.

Chronic Problem
In many cases, insomnia is seen as a significant medical problem. Sufferers will never be able to enjoy a night of rest unless they take several steps to cure what ails them. Other times, it may not be insomnia, but restless leg syndrome, that keeps you up all night. It is usually best to consult a doctor if your sleeplessness carries on for weeks at a time.

When Your Only Hope is a Miracle

A few years ago, one of my brothers was diagnosed with an aggressive strain of leukemia. His initial prognosis was pretty hopeless. All we could do was pray for a miracle. God answered our prayers and when the doctors did his final exam, they found absolutely no traces of disease. They started calling my brother, "The Miracle Man."

There is only one true "Miracle Man" and He is Jehovah Jireh. When your only hope is a miracle, only God can provide what you truly need. 1 Kings 17:8- 24 tells the story of a woman who needed two miracles that only God could provide.

When the prophet Elijah first saw the Widow of Zarephath, she was gathering sticks to make a fire. The prophet asked her for water and food. She explained that she didn't have any bread and only a little flour and oil which she was going to prepare for herself and her son, so that they could eat and die.
Elijah told the woman not to fear, but instead to make a cake for him and then for herself and for her son. He shared with her what the Lord said - "The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth." The widow followed Elijah's instructions and as he said, the flour was not used up and the oil didn't run out.

After some time, the woman's son became sick and died. The woman cried out to Elijah who prayed to the Lord. He heard Elijah's cries and revived the widow's son.

We can learn from the widow's story:

Do Not Fear
Whatever the situation you may be facing, fully turn it over to the Lord. As long as you trust in your Heavenly Father, you can always have hope. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 1:7, "And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you will partake of the consolation." (See 2 Corinthians 1:3-7)

Listen To Those Who Are Encouraging You
God sent Elijah to a non-Christian to give her hope. As a believer, He will send you hope and encouragement through others as well. When you're going through a trial, surround yourselves with those individuals who will speak life to you.

Be Obedient
The Widow of Zerephath didn't ask Elijah any questions. She didn't call her friends to get their opinions. She didn't ask family members what they thought. The widow recognized that Elijah was a man of God and she did everything he told her to do. What is the Lord saying to you? It may not make sense in the natural, but we serve a God who can make the foolish seem wise. (See 1 Corinthians 1:25)

As a believer, you can believe in miracles and expect them. Don't ever give up hope. The Lord may not work out the situation exactly how you want Him too, but He will miraculously work it out for your good.

Chasing the perfect layout with AdSense for search

AdSense publisher Next Small Things has long understood that search is the entry point for users to find what they're looking for on the web. In fact, the idea for CoolChaser.com, a MySpace layout creation and customization site (and Next Small Things's largest business to date), came from the observation that many web surfers were using the company's search engine to find instructions to change their MySpace backgrounds. The observation and ensuing business idea has paid off, and in just one year CoolChaser.com has gained a loyal user base: over 200,000 users are now finding or creating layouts on the site every day. "CoolChaser has become a one-stop-shop for layouts because of the ease of use and the choice and ability for users to express what they feel at the time," says founder Chao Lam.

With over 20 million user-submitted layouts (and 3,000 created every hour), it was becoming increasingly difficult for users to find the layouts they were looking for. "We were getting a lot of requests from users to provide some sort of search mechanism so that they could easily find what they were looking for," developer Sachiko Kwan says. As an existing AdSense publisher, Kwan decided to try AdSense for search and was immediately impressed by the quick setup process and the accuracy of the results. With the new SiteSearch feature, Kwan was able to restrict the searches so users didn't have to leave the site to find what they were looking for. In addition, the new watermark feature allowed Kwan to add the search box without any rearrangement in the navigation bar.

Most recently, Lam and Kwan began optimizing their search for better performance and user experience. If a user wasn't creating a layout, they were looking for one. So Kwan moved the search box from the upper right corner of each page to the center of the header and also added a second search box to the bottom of every page, in case users who were done browsing needed to search again. On the search results page, she changed the ad borders to a lighter color to better blend in with the site's pages.

Within a week of making these changes, Lam and Kwan saw their daily search queries on CoolChaser increase by 40% and earnings more than double. Since implementing AdSense for search on CoolChaser, search has become the second most popular functionality behind creating layouts. Lam and Kwan continue to focus on user experience, and they are now working to refine search results using keywords and labels. "There's such an enormous variety of things people search for," Lam says. "AdSense for search is really working for us."

What are the benefits Of Todays Niche Marketing Opportunities

In the earlier days of internet marketing, when the web was less populated, most folks trying make a living online didn’t really try to target a particular population with precision. Many of the products offered were of a more “universal” appeal to anyone online and the idea was simply to reach as many people as possible.

Now that the internet is populated by millions of people pursuing a variety of specialized interests, internet marketing has become far more precise in its targeting.

Today, the “buzzword” for many in the marketing business is “niche.”

A niche is a subset of a larger population that shares a particularized interest. Some niches can be quite small, others may be larger. The idea, however, that is important is that they have sufficiently similar characteristics that they can be successfully marketed to as a group.

Internet marketers look for niches that are underserved. In other words, their interest often lies with those groups that have a special core interest to which others are not yet adequately catering. If you can find a significantly sized niche group and find out what it wants, you are positioned to make a healthy profit.

Boiled down to a simple process, the niche marketing strategy works like this. First, identify a discrete niche. Second, verify that the niche is underserved by the existing market. Third, determine the type of product most likely to appeal to members of the niche. Fourth, create, locate or obtain a suitable product.

Finally, sell the product to that niche.

Each of the five steps involves research, effort and hard work.

The results, however, can be amazing. Niche marketing is a perfect example of how many existing online marketing successes work smart in addition to working hard. Internet marketers look for niches that are underserved. In other words, their interest often lies with those groups that have a special core interest to which others are not yet adequately catering. If you can find a significantly sized niche group and find out what it wants, you are positioned to make a healthy profit.

By isolating the right niche and finding the right product, they encounter little sales resistance and can post well above-average conversion rates for their efforts. Instead of competing against thousands of other marketers for business, they are able to work in an area that is far less competitive, giving them an edge.

There is, of course, a downside.

A niche, by its nature, is a subset.

It’s a smaller group.

There are only so many people you can reach and sell to within the niche. Thus, its income production potential is capped somewhat. However, most of those who succeed in niche marketing are able to produce income equivalent or exceeding that earned by those working in larger markets. They may not have as many potential buyers at their disposal, but they make up for that fact with a higher sales percentage.

If you are considering duplicating a successful internet marketing strategy, familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of niche marketing.

One account, multiple sites

We'd like to remind you that once you've been approved for AdSense, you can place the code from your account on any page that complies with our program policies. Simply generate new code and paste it onto your site -- we don't need to update your account, so there's no need to contact us about your new site (although we appreciate the thought!). Even if your sites relate to completely different topics, our system will display appropriate ads for each site. This is because your ad targeting is based on the content of your pages, rather than set within your account. In addition, please keep in mind that publishers may only maintain one account per payee name, so there's no need for you to submit a new application.

If you run multiple websites, you may wish to view separate reports for each domain. Simply create a URL channel for each one. You won't need to modify your code in any way, and your URL channels will begin tracking data almost immediately. If you need to send these reports to other people who manage your site with you, you can set up emailable reports.

But what if you've sold the website you applied to AdSense, and now you run another one? We don't need to update your account information in any way. Just remove your ad code from the old site, paste new code onto your current site, and our system will automatically take care of the rest.

Finally, we'd like to note that we do constantly review sites displaying Google ads to make sure that they're complying with the AdSense program policies. If we find that a site isn't compliant with our policies, we'll contact the publisher whose ad code appears on the site to address the situation. If you're concerned about others placing your ad code on non-policy compliant pages, we recommend using our Allowed Sites feature.

Coach software

Coach software? Why would you need it? In a world of technological advances occurring every day, why would you consider spending any amount of money on coach software when your everyday spreadsheets will do the trick? Or perhaps you have an inclination towards pen and paper? Whatever your reason, we’ll encourage you to read on, because in times riddled with financial insecurities and economic hardships, coach software might just save you on those most precious of commodities: time.

What is Coach Software

The benefits of coach software can obviously be derived from the name. It is software designed with the sole purpose of managing coaches, employees and time tables, all with the typing of a couple of keys and a click or two with the mouse.

But alright, that still leaves a very vague description of what coach software, or any form of specialised software for that matter, is really about. To commence with a detailed explanation, we’ll first state that coach software is designed to save you and your employees both time and effort. It is a package usually designed to juggle multiple aspects of any business at any given moment. Think about your roster, your staff, the vehicles within your fleet, schedules, maps and so much more. These are all things that should be included in a decent coach software package to help you manage an effective business. However, there’s more.

With so many new technologies having the ability to interface with each other, communication is an emphasized part of any business. This also has bearing on aspects of the business aside from telephonic communication that will enable the business run a more accurate, focused operation. In terms of coach software, this means real time data accessible from anywhere in the world via the Internet as well as information that will benefit your passengers (such as timetables, routes & maps, invoices, etc.). In short, it’s about what you can do to make your life and those of your clients easier.

What is Included in Coach Software

So that being said, you should now have a fair idea of how coach software will both save you time and put you on the map with existing, new and potential customers. Here are a couple of things that you should expect to find included in the services offered by your coach software:

• Internet maps, timetables and invoices
• Contact Management
• Human resources management (drivers, mechanics, etc.)
• Fuel Duty Rebate (FDR)
• Vehicle management & maintenance
• Working Time Directive (WTD) compliance
As you can see, the list incorporates a variety of different aspects of any business and aims to provide both you and your clients with easily accessible data to encourage the flow of your business. Consider those areas of your business that could benefit from coach software. Will it save you time? Will it save you effort and money?

In Search of Your Own PerfectTraffic Machine

sterThe Internet is such an unknown commodity anything
is possible. One of the most intriguing questions
concerns the idea of a perpetual traffic machine.
Create a website and design a system of automatic
programs (both interior and exterior) that delivers
content and backlinks to a site that updates itself
automatically and keeps growing without any help
from the creator. In the process you build a flow
of traffic that never stops, even if the site is
abandoned or not touched for a couple of years or
never again.

Is such a perpetual traffic system really possible?

Before you conjure up pictures of HAL and creepy
talking computers in distant space... realize that
question may carry more weight than it would seem
at first glance. But is it like its predecessor,
the perpetual motion machine - just more an illusion
than actual fact?

For curiosity's sake if for nothing else, the idea
of a perpetual traffic machine does require further
investigation. Such a system would have special
interest for millions of webmasters whose main task
is acquiring traffic for their sites, not to mention
the potential for monetary gain a PTM (rhymes with ATM)
would produce.

Some credence was given to the idea recently when
Tinu Abayomi-Paul, a well-known online free traffic
expert, produced with the help of Marlon Sanders an
info-product entitled "The Evergreen Traffic Machine."

Tinu's story is very interesting. Tinu had built up
a whole array of sites and optimized them successfully
for countless keywords in all the major search engines.
She had built up a steady flow of traffic, resulting
in thousands of visitors "a day" to her sites. This in
itself is not that extraordinary, but that's not the
full story.

Because of a personal illness she abandoned or left
alone most of her sites for over a year or more - only
to discover the traffic systems she had put into place
didn't just dry up, they still kept producing tons of
traffic even though the sites weren't being updated.

The traffic was still coming. The traffic was still fresh.

Tinu basically built her perpetual traffic system
around three major areas: High Profile Article
Marketing, Exact Keyword Focus and Blogging/RSS
Feeds. Tinu's system proves you can create a traffic
system for a year or two, but the real question is
will it still produce traffic five years from now?
Fifty years from now? How about a hundred years?

The real question: how long will such a system work
without fresh input of unique content like the viral
articles and blog posts now feeding it? This question
is even more tantalizing when you consider it is now
possible to create fresh content on your sites with
RSS feeds, blog comments and user contributed content.

What's more intriguing is the fact that all aspects
of a website can be automated, including payment for
all renewals: domain, hosting, autoresponders... as
well as the collection of revenues such as affiliate
commissions and advertising fees.

Are we at the stage where the Internet will be filled
with these automated human-less web sites drawing
traffic/visitors
and slowly building and expanding
on their own for eternity? Many cynics would argue
this is already the case with the majority of sites
on the web.

In case you like that idea and want to fully embrace
this brave new automated perpetual Internet, here are
a few tips to create your own eternal traffic machine:

1. Build lists and pre-load your AR system with follow-up
messages to keep visitors coming back to your site. You
can rotate these messages and ask your subscribers to
opt-in to different lists on related subject areas.
Always ask your readers to recommend your content to
others.

2. Use social bookmark software or links so that your
visitors can easily bookmark your content which brings
in both new links and new traffic. Simple programs like
the one offered by Addthis.com will get your visitors
building your backlinks for you, bringing in fresh
visitors who in turn will also bookmark your content.

3. Write viral articles, reports and ebooks that have
your backlinks in the resource boxes. Likewise, viral
software programs can help bring a constant flow of
traffic to your site. If your content is of a high
quality and your themes universal... new sites will
pick up your content and build your backlinks, creating
fresh traffic. The search engines will also index these
new links and your rankings will increase, bringing in
more traffic.

4. Use blogging and RSS feeds to get your content out
there. You can also use these RSS feeds to bring in
new fresh content to your site. Creating new content
will be your main obstacle to creating perpetual traffic...
you can get new content from feeds but will it be unique?
Comments in your blogs could bring in unique content but
if you're not monitoring them, you must have solid
software in place to fight against spam.

5. Have "Tell a Friend" forms on all your content.
This will bring new traffic to your site, which can
be self-refreshing as new people discover your content.

6. Encourage user generated content such as articles,
comments, posts... you can even have a community
monitoring system where your site's members monitor
this new content.

7. Form JV alliances with webmasters in your related
field. Do co-registration so that you help build each
other's lists and traffic.

8. Likewise, if you have products to sell, create an
affiliate program to get your affiliates to build your
traffic for you. Affiliates are an excellent source of
permanent traffic.

9. Automate all aspects of the running and managing
of your website. Set up automatic payments for your
AR system, hosting, domain renewal, PPC payments...
thru PayPal or credit card. Likewise, receive affiliate
commissions thru PayPal or direct deposit. Many
advertising programs like Google Adsense offer
direct deposit.

10. PPC Traffic - While we have mainly looked at free
traffic systems, don't forget creating a PTM is relatively
easy with Pay Per Click advertising if you know what you're
doing. Target less competitive keywords to keep your costs
down, tie this traffic into a good squeeze page for feeding
your AR system with leads and have a good landing page that
converts. You can create a system that delivers perpetual
traffic and pays for itself from your affiliate commissions
and advertising fees.

In summary, the argument for the existence of the PTM
mainly relies upon the quality of your content or site.
Is it unique enough to draw in new visitors? Does your
topic have universal appeal that people never tire of?
Does it solve or offer advice on a common human problem?
Will or does it have a viral "word of mouth" element to it?

As we move to a more and more automated world, all the
automated programs and hardware are in place for the
creation of such perfect traffic machines.

HSDPA
HSDPA offers a similar benefit to a 3G network that GPRS offered to the GSM networks. It offers a higher speed data transfer with a compatible handset. HSDPA is often referred to as Mobile Broadband.

Wi-Fi
With Wi-Fi you can use your HTC phone on Orange to connect to a local wireless network (W-LAN) to connect to the internet. This offers a cheap (sometimes free) method of connecting to the net to download emails, files, or check on your favourite website.
Bluetooth 2.0
Bluetooth 2.0 is the next generation of Bluetooth connectivity. With Bluetooth 2.0 one of the biggest advantages is the possibility of listening to music with a compatible wireless headset in stereo. Less wires, less mess, more noise.

With built in GPS you can use the Touch Diamond to locate your position, plan your journey, and as a general Sat Nav device, when used in conjunction with compatible mapping software.

A-GPS
A-GPS is a network service that can locate your position to within 100 metres by using a clever technique called triangulation. When combined with a GPS enabled mobile phone, the addition of A-GPS enables a faster GPS satellite lock.

Java
Java is often a forgotten feature on many phones, and is probably used in many ways without you even realising. If you play games on your phone, it’s likely they are java apps. But java is so much more than games. It allows you to add extra functionality to your handset by installing third party apps to the phone. Add email functionality with Gmail, add a web browser from Opera Mini, add a business directory with Yell.com or keep an eye on a new purchase on Ebay.

Music Player
With a built in music player, you can carry your tunes with you, in your pocket, and listen to them when you want. Most digital formats are recognised on the phone, including MP3 and AAC.

"Publishers with websites, creating content
Wondering about their sites
If with their content, they could show some ads

Something in AdSense, was so inviting
Something about those ads, was so exciting
Something in our Help Center
Told them they must be one

Publishers with websites, yearning for earnings
They were just publishers with websites
Up to the moment
When they placed their first ad code
Little did they know
Revenue was just a click away
A happy-user-generated click away and --

Ever since that day, they've been monetizing

what is link post job-25$

What is a LinkPost Job?
A LinkPost Job is a mass-invitation to Partners to write paid blog posts about your product or service. As an Advertiser, you determine a budget and set of minimum requirements that a partner's blog must meet in order for them to participate. (The minimum requirements will limit the number of blogs qualified to write your LinkPosts.) Once you've created a Job, Partners can view and accept your Job (if eligible) through the Control Center until all of your Jobs have been accepted.

What are the prerequisites to create a LinkPost Job?
The only thing you need is an existing LinkPost Outline to create a LinkPost Job.

What are the minimum conditions I need to specify?

Price per LinkPost (price you will pay per LinkPost written).
» Number of LinkPosts (the number of LinkPosts you want to buy).
(The previous two values will determine the budget for the specific LinkPost Job you're creating.)
» Minimum LinkRank
» Alexa Ranking Range
» Minimum Active LinkPosts
» Maximum Outbound Links
» Monthly Posting Activity.
» Blog Candidates. (if you want bloggers to be automatically approved when they meet your job criteria or if you want to review/approve them beforehand)
» Approval Process. (if you want to review/approve LinkPosts or have LinkWorth review/approve them for you)

What's the difference between a LinkPost and a LinkPost Job?
A LinkPost allows an advertiser to handpick the partner sites where the blog post will be published. An outline is created, then sent to a list of partner websites desired. The cost is determined by the Partner who sets their own pricing. From a Partner's perspective, you would list your blog and let the requests come to you.

A LinkPost Job allows an advertiser to post an outline as a "Work For Hire", based on minimum requirements and a price they're willing to pay.
